2018 Gubernatorial Election
^No nor would I. I would lump her in with Cordray and Dewine. I just don't think she has a chance in the primary

And I'm by no means a prude when it comes to partying. I'm usually okay with whatever and am of the "more the merrier" philosophy when everyone is having a good time. But it was really out of hand towards the end of last summer. For the city's sake, since that's the tourist spot for bar hopping, the security really just needs to be better.

Yeah, no problem. After I took the bar exam last summer, I came back to town looking to imbibe. I sat out on the patio at Beerhead with some friends and had drinks and pizza until about 1am. At 1, a group of guys ripped past the patio and onto the boardwalk on ATVs. Shortly thereafter, a group of about 15-20 started filming what I presume to be a rap video in front of the spot that is now Dante's new restaurant (was vacant at the time) - from this came a fight between 5-8 guys that got shoved up against the railing to Beerhead. When we decided to call it a night, a group of 5 of us walked back to Stonebridge and (I know this isn't technically FEB) the two women in our group were stopped by a group outside of East End, forcing us to intervene. The guys did not like that we were intervening, which led to another 3-5 guys coming out of the bar - at that exact time, a cop came by and everyone walked away. We were followed, however, until we got past the pump station down the river. I'm 6'3" 215 lbs - myself and my other two male friends all played college football. I see that night going in a significantly worse place for the girls in our group if we weren't in a position to step in, which to be honest, was terrifying as is.

2018 Gubernatorial Election
Dewine and Cordray would both be suitable governors. If it ends up being those two, then I think Ohio is in a good place politically. If it's Kucinich or one of the Populist GOP candidates, then Ohio has been infected by Sanders and Trump in a way that will be problematic moving forward.

^Absolute fact. "MY FAMILY HAS BEEN USING THAT PARK FOR DECADES! HOW DARE YOU!?" "Ma'am it's only been a park for 36 months." "WELL MY FIRST CHILD TOOK HIS FIRST STEPS THERE."

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
This looks great. I know next to nothing about construction procedure on a high rise, but I am confused to all hell as to the way they're constructing the thing.

Sometimes you can't get a good ride on the paths. They are often filled with oblivious people. Let natural selection run its course.......

Cleveland: Random Quick Questions
I grew up very close to a beautiful metroparks trail and it always chapped my ass when people rode on the road instead of on the beautiful paths.

^I'll be on the sidewalk for most of the time, to be completely honest.

^I've used them in the past, and the station is less than 1,000 feet from my apartment. I just like the convenience of having my own and I also bike frequently on the towpath in the National Park, so having multiple gears is nice.

Cleveland: Random Quick Questions
^Care tire. Additionally, now that I have a bike that I'll use to commute, does it mean I get to be really smug about it? Can I scream at people to obey the laws of traffic and then completely disregard them when it's to my advantage? Can I put a bumper sticker on my car that indicates my life is constantly endangered by reckless drivers? Can I walk into the Cleveland Bagel on a Saturday morning wearing only spandex that produces a bulge unnecessarily outlined by crotch sweat, thus eliminating the appetite of those in front of me in line and making my wait shorter? Please say yes.

Stand Up Republic: Ohio
Hello all, The Stand Up Republic Ohio chapter is live. We are actively looking for volunteers ranging from something as small as managing our Facebook page to tasks as broad as helping me gather grassroots support across the state. We have a broad support base across Northeast Ohio, but I could use help setting up in Columbus, Cincinnati, and Toledo - as well as rural counties in the Northwest and Southeast. While Stand Up Republic has splintered from the GOP, we also have several former Democrats involved. Our binding quality is preservation of the principles on which our nation was founded. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, either on here or through my SUR email. Twitter: SUR_Ohio State leaders: https://standuprepublic.com/state-leaders/

Cleveland: Random Quick Questions
Hey all, I recently invested in a bike. Though my tires are full now, I keep the bike outside and fear that this unseasonal weather will deflate them. Are there any public pumps in the Hingetown area?
