Here ya go guys - Offense I was actually tweeting with @KJP about it earlier (respectfully, of course, as Ken is my guy!) ... nonetheless, I think everyone piling on the "RUN MORE" commentary to Stefanski is unfair and a bit spent at this point. In particular: We have the most rushing attempts, yards, and YPG of any other team in the NFL. If we run any more, we run the risk of becoming one-dimensional. Our entire offense is predicated on run, boot, and RPO (even our screens are often play action or boots). You cannot have one without the other. In order for Stefanski's offense to be successful, you won't see us get much outside a 55/45 or 45/55 run-pass ratio, absent a superhuman performance from Baker/OBJ/Chubb/Hunt.. Wills is hurt - he needs at least a week to rest or his ankle won't get better - dude is clearly paying through some pain and limited range of motion. I personally love our play calling. Our issue has been execution. You couldn't have gotten OBJ more open to ice the game on that play call in the 4th quarter, and Baker puts that ball on him 95/100 times. If I have a gripe with Stefanski at this point, it's that we don't utilize zone schemes enough in the run game. I think Hunt, in particular, does better finding lanes organically, as opposed to having them assigned to him. But that's a small gripe. I also love that Stefanski lines OBJ up in the slot frequently. When teams man up, if we flex Chubb or Hunt wide, they'll either have to assign a safety to OBJ, or a linebacker to Chubb or Hunt - and that favors us 9/10 times. Defense Joe Woods has been calling fantastic games thus far. In particular, his ability to utilize zone blitzes to the field (albeit sparingly) has been impossible to diagnose (the vast majority of zone blitzes come from the boundary). He trusts our secondary, and it shows. Delpit and JOK are DUDES. I could not be more impressed with both of them. JOK is equally capable blowing up a guard as he is covering a TE in space, and that's rare. He's the "heavy honey badger", and I absolutely love that he's out there on special teams too. What he's better at than anyone on our team is "setting the fence" - even if he can't make the play, he's giving his all to beat the ball carrier outside and force it back inside. Our front four (and any combination thereof) have been great. McDowell is a fantastic story and I'm really happy he's found his groove here. I've been really happy with Takitaki too, guy's tackling has improved DRASTICALLY. Special Teams Scottish hammer needs to stop going to so many Bernie Moreno fundraisers and focus on punting McGlaughlin has done an excellent job - if he can keep up this pace, I think we've got our kicker! On the Whole: Guys, we're 3-1 - with our only loss to the defending AFC champs, and we've really only played 2 to 3 quarters of all around good football. We are very, very good. The Vikings were a good team, record be damned, and we found a way to beat them on the road in a game most other teams would have lost. THERE. IS. NO. SUCH. THING. AS. AN. UGLY. WIN.
  2. Agreed. I'm not particularly a fan of the paddle - but as my good friend says "if all art pleases you, it's not art."

I know there were (actual, not theoretical) discussions about extending a run at BM by about 65 vertical feet a couple years ago.

My wife and I will be there
  6. That's fine though, rulings stand in civil proceeding pending appeal. That means a lower level ruling against the George cartel would mean development could start.
  7. In the office is out of the question, unfortunately. The Key Bank Garage (from my understanding) charges for bikes 😒
  8. Hey folks - I want to bike to work (Key Tower) at least twice a week as the weather gets mild, and haven’t a clue where I can lock my bike up in the vicinity of Key Tower. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions. Thanks!
  9. I agree with you - and I'm bullish on Downtown and Cleveland in general... But this seems like a lofty vision that they put out their to take pressure off of themselves. Fact is, they don't even own much of this land, and already gave themselves an out(s) vis-a-vis timing and "market dependent" decisions in the later phases.
  10. No, cmon @Htsguyyou'll live forever
  11. ^A neighbor of mine told me that the owners of this house have put over $1 million into the interior. If it wasn't against the law, I'd definitely break in and look haha
  12. It's an off-shoot of Neapolitan, but they have an unbelievable crust, with garlic bread crumbs on the bottom
  13. They retained former Metroparks counsel, for crying out loud

Give me 24 hours and I'll give you all my full analysis. Overall, I'm still pretty damn pumped - but I need to let the sting fade first before I give an objective opinion lol
  15. Thanks! Will I have to pay the tax at year's end or is it deducted in the withdrawal? @Ineffable_Matt
  16. Hi folks - looking for some advice. I have 2 401ks from former employers. I'd like to roll one over into my new 401k, and have already started that process. However, the other account only has a $3,500 balance... and I'm thinking of withdrawing and putting it on my student loans while there is a freeze on interest. Could anyone explain the unexpected consequences to me? I understand that my withdrawal amount will be subject to a fee and taxed upon withdrawal - but is there anything further I should be aware of or consider?
  17. I think prior offers in settlement are usually not admissible - but I've never been involved in an eminent domain case.
  18. I'm not sure why the County continues to pick on the George family so incessantly?! They are the victim here. The County offered them 40% over their purchase price for the parcel even though no capital improvements had been made, and they're not supposed to take that as a slap in the face!?!? For one - I'm happy the George's continue to fight the good fight, make purchases on insider knowledge, and then sob incessantly when anyone calls them on it.

I, too, hate well formulated opinions that are different than my own.
  20. Two homes that were in disrepair. Though they occupied 3 parcels, so I assume this frees up room for at least 3 new homes/townhomes. coincidentally, the house torn down today was wear my grandma was born in 1919
  21. They've now torn down the remaining structures on the west side of 50th, closest to Detroit. I spoke with the owner of the parcels and he said they're hoping to get moving on new homes as soon as possible. Pretty exciting, as 50th North of Bridge is really turning into a great street.
  22. Cha is incredible. My wife and I used to plan a date night there, and essentially go on a juice fast throughout the day leading up to it, just so we could gorge ourselves. Romantic I know.
  23. So cool! So fun! What a great place to meet someone!

Agreed. A plus side for Bibb is that he seems to be carrying the neighborhoods that have higher turnouts for primaries/special elections.
