  1. There should be a statute of me carrying two 30 packs of Natty Lite out of there in my gym bags, honestly. Talk about stimulating the local economy
  2. Me. I have so many memories here buying beer at age 17 after leaving Ignatius on a Friday afternoon.
  3. I'm friends with the project manager... I can't even begin to tell you the complaints he's fielded - but I'll share one nugget: He was approached by someone claiming to represent a block club during one of the demolition days some months back. She told him the neighborhood was very concerned that there isn't any greenery associated with the project, and here's the subsequent conversation: Friend: Okay, well I'll talk with my boss and make sure we include as much greenery as possible, and hopefully get community input on the aesthetic (mouth service, probably, but polite) NIMBY: Well wait, what kind of greenery? Are you considering nut or fruit bearing trees that might impede pedestrian areas? Friend: Uhhh ... I'm not sure, I just know we'd like to respect and develop greenspace to the extent possible, if at all. NIMBY: Well you can't just plant trees that will create obstacles to pedestrians and bikers! It would be better to have no trees!
  4. It's W. 50th. My side of the street has Kerry McCormack and gets OCI assistance, the other side of the street is Matt Zone's (former) district and does not get OCI benefits.

Here's my ideal offseason - though Andrew Berry is the man with the plan, ultimately... Draft the best available at 26 - regardless of position (save QB) Address linebacker depth through acquisition. Playing linebacker in the league is something that usually takes at least 2-3 seasons to really figure out - if we want to win now, we should address this via acquisition rather than the draft. Please bookmark this, though - Jacob Phillips will lead the team in tackles next year and will make a Pro Bowl Draft someone we think can play field corner in the first two rounds. Draft another safety in the first 4 rounds. Assuming we get Delpit and Greedy back next season - and we're able to retain those we need to - a secondary of Williams, Delpit, Ward, Harrison, Joseph, and Jordan ain't that bad - and is certainly a core we could build from. If Berry thinks he has a shot at someone like Xavier Rhodes, though, in a team friendly deal, I say go for it. Keep Joe Woods - he drove me crazy this season at time, but he really didn't have much to work with and was put in some remarkably difficult situations. Let's see what he can do with a healthy and deep line-up. Draft another o-lineman in the first three rounds. Additionally, with the way DPJ has progressed, and with OBJ's return in year 2 of Stefanski's system... the Browns offense next year will likely feature: A top 3 offensive line - arguably the best in football. A top 10 quarterback. A top 3 backfield - arguably the best in football. A top 5 receiving core. A top 3 TE room. With a defense that's even just middle of the road (12-16th in the league), the Browns are going to outscore just about anyone.

I think they tag him after his final year then work out a BIG deal - because Chubb's deal (assuming one happens) will likely only be for 3-4 years.
  7. IS THAT STEEL!?!?!? IMPOSTERS!!!!
  8. we’ll be neighbors! I’m on 50th. Welcome!

Alright folks, here are Yabo's keys to the game. If we do 4 out of 7 of these, I think we win the game. Going to be tough, nonetheless. - No turnovers on offense. - Force a turnover on defense. - Force two punts - Force two or more field goals - Run for 150 yards. - 6+ pressures on Mahomes. - Score 38.

I've been to both, actually. Buffalo fans are extremely polite, tbh -there will obviously be drunk a-holes anywhere, though. Raiders was a tough atmosphere to say the least. Still, bar none, the worst experience I've ever had as an away fan at a Browns game was in Cincinnati - which surprised me My best experience was New Orleans.

Honestly a muni lot x Bills Mafia meeting would lead to some sort of disaster so we're lucky

So, I'm actually WILDLY opposed to Baker doing that. In my sophomore season in college, we were working on a "turnaround season" and were about to start the year 3-1, when in the 4th quarter our QB sprinted downfield to block on a broken play and broke his collar bone. I'm okay with Baker doing it every once in a while, and I love that he's willing to, but it's not a net positive for the team if he hurts himself doing something he shouldn't - it's the same reason we wouldn't send Bitonio out to kick - he'll probably be fine, but why risk the groin injury. QBs should have different expectations in re: physicality - but they should definitely dive on footballs.

Also - I won't wish Covid-19 on anyone.... But I wouldn't be opposed to a bunch of asymptomatic positives riddling the Chiefs offense on like Friday afternoon....

As a teammate - I would've dogged Ben out on the sideline for that. He refused to dive on the fumble and cost them team 7 versus 2 or even 0. That's a coward and not someone I want leading the team. I'm not asking him to block, or even make tackles on INTs.... but you've gotta dive on fumbles.

Joe Woods - you dog! He did it.... he committed to making the Steelers go on drives, and it bought us all the time we needed with our early lead.

It could also be indicative of coordinated buys

Lol - anecdotal again - but 10 days after I graduated high school, me and three of my friends were caught with a case of beer and about 15 empties in a trash bag in the trunk on our way to a sand volleyball game. We had a DD, but we were still underage... When we were all out of the car (North Royalton) the police found out we were all going to play college football (one of my friends was going to Notre Dame and another to OSU), and the tone of the whole thing changed. We were cuffed, put on the side of the road, and an officer (7 officers at the scene at this point) - an officer walked up to us and said: "Okay guys, level with us... whose marijuana is in the center counsel?" *We had no weed on us and all said there shouldn't be any weed in the car* He then says "c'mon guys - we're going to search the rest of the car how much more weed are we going to find? Wouldn't want this turning into a felony level situation?" Again we all said we had no clue how any weed got in the car. The officer then goes (and burned into my mind) - "okay yeah there's no weed. have your DD take you home, we took the alcohol." and we each got cited with underage consumption and possession - they even gave the DD possession. My point is - I think they would be likely to be MORE, not less critical of Rashad Higgins and J Wills, rather than less.

Guys.... we’re going to win this game.
  21. Lol - I still have 8 days, fortunately.
  22. I invested in them because they're local - HQ'd in Medina - and have solid financials. I was estatic when they announced earnings then checked my portfolio and was shocked. I have 20 $90 calls expiring on January 15, and the day started around $88, I expected a surge, instead it's down a bit https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/RPM/
  23. It started the day down 1.8% before the news lol
  24. RPM just announced record sales and earnings, along with the roll out of stricter cost cutting measures, and their stock went down 1.5%... can anyone riddle me that? lol
