A) I would rather see the Lakefront used as a more developed version of Edgewater... Having said that... B) Has anyone ever talked about EXPANDING BKL and making it Cleveland's primary airport? I know very little about this topic so if this is crazy just let me know lol. I do know that Hopkins infrastructure is aging, and we have a terminal already sitting abandoned. Would a new airport attract a new hub? Please don't hurl stones lol, I'm just thinking out loud.

Just rode my bike past, and I know a couple people have alluded to this, but I don't think we can overstate how transformational this tower will be. Imagine someone from Detroit, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, et al comes to town for a play.... they walk out of the theater and see a beautiful, new residential tower versus a surface lot. The impression that gives goes from a city "with some cool things going for it" to a city "that's got it going on"

It's just odd - the entire idea to build up a neighborhood there to insight, creativity, and vision, then this proposal is just the opposite of that.

The wife and I hit waterfall #8 today out of the 9 in CVNP. Only one left to go! This one was Greenwood Falls, and was by far the most demanding hike once you're off the towpath, but it was worth it - probably my 2nd favorite in the park after Twin Sister Falls. So let me preface this by saying I love the renderings... But Pace will have a very unique challenge in blending the area with Downtown in a way that makes it accessible. The lake to the north and the Stadium to the south really cut off linear access to the development. There will need to be retail/food on such a scale that would make the development a destination, imo. I think there are some great people involved in this development though, so I look forward to seeing more proposals. I would love to see the water taxi fleet and route services expanded to include this development. I'd also love to see the waterfront line branch off, though that might be too much of an ask at this point. Nonetheless, I am really pleased and excited.

That parking scheme belongs in Strongsville or Mayfield

I am on the last street in Ohio City, westbound, and since we moved in, there have been over 7-8 homes bought within 20 homes either way of us, extremely exciting. This includes the house next door, which I thought would lie vacant forever until the raccoons eventually created their own semi-autonomous state. Now we just need Detroit to develop more between Hingetown to 54th. Think a high school is a net positive or negative to investment nearby?

Unpopular take - I like the CVNR for the niche it fills. It's a vehicle within a getaway, not a passthrough. Though, if this went through, I wouldn't oppose it.

God knows Andrew Brickman would've wanted an extravagant groundbreaking anyways.
