Per someone at Haslam Sports Group - they don't want to have "nomadic" years, but if they do, Pro Football HOF, Infocision, and Lower.com Stadium (owned by HSG) would be considered. The Haslam family really doesn't want to deal with the blowback from Clevelanders from moving it outside of Cuyahoga county, even temporarily, though.

I know people don't want to hear this... but I hope an activist owner with DEEP pockets gets involved (thinking the Mark Cuban 1999 mold)... We need people within USL to advocate for a promotion/relegation system in order to have any chance of sustainable success. Frankly, it's absurd how against it the MLS is, when their bottom tier clubs draw almost no one and top tier USL clubs are electric.

Is the culture in Glennville or Hough the same as the culture in West Park? If not, what's the difference maker(s)? What led to that differentiation? Are the most impactful variables primarily in the control of the residents of those respective neighborhoods or not?

Yep - I always say this when people ask me a thinly-veiled racist question about crime: 1. Either you believe that social structures serve certain communities and, thereby, demographics/races better than others, thus leading to less opportunity and a greater proclivity toward crime; or 2. You believe certain races have an inherent propensity towards criminality and others don't. People who refused to acknowledge the legacy of redlining, de facto segregation, etc. have no where else to go by #2.

What you all don't understand is that the owner is playing 3D chess, which us mere mortals could never understand. He remains master strategist.

What's really driving me crazy is that a couple that already saw it noted the property next door being empty - it's an out of state investor that's been working on it on and off for over 3 years. So that's frustrating.
