Shaker Heights: Van Aken District Transit Oriented Development
My issue is that we live on W. 50th. I don't think there's a great way for me to get to the train. I'd love to be able to walk there, but the logistics in the neighborhood may compel me to drive :(

Shaker Heights: Van Aken District Transit Oriented Development
Hey guys, changing firms and my new firm is located in Van Aken. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of all the tenants that are committed to the project. I'd love to see where I'll be walking to lunch and panic shopping three days before Christmas. I couldn't find the list on their website - unless I'm just missing it under my nose

Don't forget LB Genard Avery. Avery has been the best rookie so far - and yes I'm including Denzel Ward's stellar performance.

Also, I know Callaway had a bad game... but we've gotta take it easy on the kid. Being a rookie thrust into the starting Z position is not easy, games like this will happen... the future is still bright for him if he keeps it all together.

Took a bike ride down there on Friday - went all the way to Valley View. Fantastic trail, sans the patch by Steelyard.

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
Maybe I'm biased. A couple college friends from Cincy RANTED about it when we would have typically city rivalry jesting - noting that we had the tallest building in the state.

A SW campus on the Scranton Peninsula would obey their founding charter's distance requirements and probably be more affordable. It would rob us of a tower, though. Look at how peeved Cincy is that Proctor and Gamble has those two little towers instead of something more prominent

Don't get me wrong, investment is great, but I lovedddd the old school, swanky feel of the Statler.

Nah, you do it! From my friends in the finance world, several of these hedgie places set up under the umbrella of larger banks. I might assume this is the same with Victory and Key, but I don't know that for certain.

https://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2018/09/man_dies_after_being_struck_by_1.html 1. How awful - I walked passed on my way back from lunch and I could tell the firemen were shook. RIP. 2. On a note about city management - I hate that tragedies like this are used as political rallying points against bike lanes, scooters, et al, but receive almost no help to regular pedestrians.

Does that include the 2,000ish jobs that Amazon is bringing, or is that still to be added?

^More cost effective would be shelling out the dough for a more expansive rapid, with routes to Westlake, Strongsville, Independence, Shaker, and Euclid. The cost would be great up front, but would save us in the long run.
