The Airport reference is a v liberal move. PDX makes no sense - just like 80% of Portland's residents.

My uncle has my grandfather's old one. I'm not sure what parts are still included.

This project is going to have to change its shape to adjust to the needs of Downtown at the moment. I don't see this being sustainable as originally planned.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
Are you a textualist? I'm textually active, yes Haha! I'm going to read your comment to mean that unless the Browns win exactly six games you are banned. a strict textualist would say that he hasn't specified a time frame for those six victories though. Now you're thinking outside the box lol. Traditionally NFL teams only played 6 games a season, so that complicates things. What did YABO mean exactly? From the text it's nearly impossible to know what his intent was. Tough case to decide. Though, textualist interpretation would be applied against the revised NFL charter, not my own words

Not to sound like a jerk, but I doubt many of the current retailers could afford rent at a new construction in such a prime location.

Know what, f*ck it. I'll say what I heard, with some asterisks attached: - I'm not certain to what degree the person I heard this from is involved - though he has invested in similarly sized projects as a silent partner. - I have no certainty as to the credibility of the statements - but he has ALWAYS been a very solid source for development in CLE - I actually do not know who the developer is anyways. - I have not seen any renderings nor do I know if my source has. From what he told me last night, the project would be AT LEAST five stories (with some units being multi-level) and would occupy nearly the entire "mini-block" there, with a "Prague Style" open air courtyard in the middle of all of the units.

2018 U.S. House of Representatives
Don't see the OH-1 going democratic. It will be a closer race than normal but Chabot will likely win. Too much Warren county to cover to really have a good chance to flip it. Plus, given that Chabot is an incumbent with name recognition, it is harder to upend such candidate with the name recognition. The thing that made OH-12 so competitive is that it was an open seat and neither candidate had the name recognition of an incumbent. This was part of the reason why OH-2 became briefly competitive 12 years earlier. Balderson was well known state-wide, no?

Cleveland Browns Discussion
Talent wise this year, the Browns are top 16 in the NFL. I think this only holds true if Gordon and Landry are both on the roster, though. Garrett, Collins, Bitonio, Njoku, Hyde, Landry, Gordon, Johnson, Schobert, Kirskey, Tretter, and Zeitler are all Pro Bowl caliber players. Putting that all together and changing a culture, now that's a bigger question

2018 U.S. House of Representatives
That seems like a hell of a stat, that Bush had approval ratings lower than Trump currently does. Especially considering how strong the economy was in 2006... I mean in applying similar GDP growth in times of peace to other Presidents, Trump SHOULD be polling in the high 60s.

2018 U.S. House of Representatives
This isn't what bore out yesterday though. The rural, pro-Trump precincts did not do as well as expected. It was Delaware County, a Kasich stronghold, that pulled through for Balderson.

Cleveland: Random Quick Questions
Hey guys, Fiance and I are opening a joint bank account (DUN-DUN-DUN), any suggestions on what bank to use? I've already had terrible headaches with PNC, and she already has a Chase account so we'll bump those two off the list.
