Grandview Heights: Grandview Yard
That brick definitely tells you Nationwide had its hands in this project! It's ultimately an office park, and I would rather the development focus be on downtown, but it doesn't look bad at all.

Columbus: Downtown: RiverSouth Developments and News
Unbelieveable. Columbus has so much momentum going right now! This project really turned out beautifully.

Columbus: Downtown: Franklin County Government Center Projects
I'll need to see it in person, but it doesn't look that bad from the photos! Better than I expected given the renderings.

tokyo: a walk from nippori to nishi-nippori stations
Awesome.

Columbus: Restaurant News & Info
Nice, I really liked Pearl Alley when I was a downtown worker. Has a very unique feel within downtown Columbus... not a lot of pedestrian alleys with retail hidden within. I didn't even know it existed until I was a downtown office worker.

Fort Wayne, Indiana
Looks like downtown Ft Wayne has a nice mix of architecture from quite a few eras.

tokyo: oshiage (tokyo sky tree)
Those subways do not look like a pleasant morning commute! I'm always amazed by two things with Tokyo... the vastness... and the cleanliness.

The Northeast
Sweetie...If I didn't have to travel I wouldn't. Its what I call "song-and-dance" time! TV Affiliates, movie distributors, local marketers and various partners want to know all about our shows, movies and upcoming publishing schedules. Since its cross divisional, my staff comes up with all these presentations, events and parties based on territory/market. So I have to put on my corporate face and schmooze as I keep telling myself, "be nice, smile, remember no affiliates/partners..no Prada." I had to go to the Embassy to get a leg up on our competitors for the Olympics. You take some popular TV personalities, two swimsuit models and a beloved gold medal winner from the past and bing-bam-boom! Things happen. Quite an elaborate cover the NSA has cooked up for you... ;)

The Northeast
I think MTS got confused when first signing up for this website and thought it was UrbaneOhio, not UrbanOhio. Do you work for the NSA or something? All this traveling and now visiting embassies? Thanks for sharing your travels!

Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
Sorry if this is ground that has already been covered... but the intention is to leave the crown as is? There's not going to be any skin on it?

Cleveland: Food Trucks/Carts News & Discussion
I would think given Cleveland's proximity to the lake that fresh fish tacos would be a slam dunk!

Cleveland: Food Trucks/Carts News & Discussion
I think your worries are a bit misplaced. These gourmet food trucks have been popular in LA for quite some time and I rarely, if ever, hear of someone getting sick. These trucks live and die on reputation and that would kill a trucks rep. I've seen those things all over S. Cali and Texas. I'm a neat freak and a germaphobe. I just can't eat from those places. No matter how clean they are, to me they are unsanitary. I can respect that. So now that the truck craze is starting in Cleveland, here's some suggestions for you guys if you're feeling entrepreneurial... these trucks have seen success here in LA: Banh mi (Vietnamese sandwhiches) Korean taco fusion Japadogs (Hot dogs with Japenese flavoring) Gourmet grilled cheese Gourmet cupcakes Groument french fries Crepes The truck I would start in a heartbeat if Skyline franchised in California would be a Coney Dog Truck!

Cincinnati Bengals Discussion
Didn't the Bengals also land Antonio Bryant? That's 3 potentially #1 caliber receivers on the same team.

long beach minus the palm trees - pt 2 of 2
Surfers are some of the most determined people I know... I'd be willing to bet some of them are out there in the morning during winter. Thanks for sharing!

Columbus: German Village / Schumacher Place Developments and News
If you're going to mess with the utility poles... you gotta go with the burial option. The aesthetic improvement of that alone is profound.

Columbus: Restaurant News & Info
Wow, that's another iconic Columbus restaurant closing down! Seems like there is a changing of the guard in Columbus' high-end restaurant market. First Handke's, now Bexley Monk :(
