Cleveland: Downtown: Rockefeller Building Rehab-Additions
Gilbert and the Bedrock team looked at purchasing the site a few years ago. They weren't interested

Brook Park: New Cleveland Browns Stadium
The current stadium is built on landfill and the ground can not support millions of more pounds on it. It's not that simple adding a dome to the current stadium. This was explored years ago and wasn't feasible

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
As long as Sinito owns the property, there won't be any updates. A new developer needs to step in.

Cleveland: Hotel Development
The drama surrounding the Browns will have no affect on the skyline hotel project. If anything, the new stadium will bring many new hotel rooms downtown over the next few years. Personally, I'd prefer the Browns stay downtown in a domed stadium, although that wasn't possible. Brookpark is a better solution for the market than renovating a deteriorating outdoor downtown stadium

Cleveland: Downtown: Medical Mutual HQ Renovation
Downtown St. Louis is an absolute mess, and their recovery from the pandemic is the worst in the country for any major city.

Cleveland: Hotel Development
Unfortunately i'm under NDA with these deals, but all of them are new builds
-
Cleveland: Hotel Development
What's even crazier is that there are so many more hotels coming to downtown and the surrounding area. They just aren't announced yet.

Cleveland: Downtown: Rockefeller Building Rehab-Additions
Have you read about Kenny Wolfe? He's literally going to jail for fraud and has no money. He also just lost the Bell Apartments as well, as the lender, Twain Financial out of St. Louis is currently in possession. The new buyer can't do anything to the building until it closes. Unfortunate situation but hopefully closing very shortly.

Cleveland: Slavic Village: Development and News
The problem is LIHTC and subsidized deals don't pencil. That's why all of the incentives are needed to make them move forward.

Cleveland: Hotel Development
Both deals are 100% legit and with proven developers. Also, Hyatt corporate is behind one of the major deals

He's talking about the two downtown hotels. I was there when he saw the renderings

Cleveland: Hotel Development
What's funny is there's 2 skyline changing hotels, and Ken has seen the renderings for the one in the warehouse district.
