You'd be shocked to know that we are 20,000 units shorts on affordable housing. Its a major concern here, especially compared to other metropolitan areas of similar size.

There's a very interesting/massive project slated for the Nucleus site with Gilbert and another partner based out of the midwest. When there's a little bit more clarity, Ken will drop an atomic bomb article

People will still be staying downtown. Go look at the Cardinals stadium in Glendale. Everyone still stays in Scottsdale and drives to the games 40 miles away, also, Cowboys in Irving, Dolphins in Miami Gardens...

Unfortunately, the developer nixed a few tenants that were lined up for the building, not sure why though. Also, still hasn't started pre-leasing for some reason. I'm only on the construction team

This deal is 100% never happening as long as Millennia still owns the building. Their financing was contingent on a HUD loan for construction. This building will sit vacant until the lender takes back the building and sells it for pennies on the dollar.

The reason i filed the suit was to ensure collection upon closing of financing or upon sale of the asset. This was literally a non story and i was just doing it to protect myself and my company.

There are actually a lot of blue padded seats, it looked like the first 10 rows from dugout to dugout were all padded.

The old seats are sitting in storage. Some were destroyed, but based on my tour last week, the majority are still in good shape
