  1. Multiple announcements will be made in the coming weeks with numerous business's moving over to the 55th and Broadway area
  2. Event space on the ground floor, apartments above it
  3. Guys, I'm talking about the Mayfield theatre project. I was there last night with our team and Terry. There is no concrete plan for the building as of yet, other than some minor repair work to the facade and the bricks on the chimney. We are working on some ideas now and will have something in the near future to share with you all
  4. I mean there is no true plan for the building, whether it was approved months ago or not. Working on a cool concept right now that should have some serious momentum in the coming weeks
  5. A brick fell off the building last week so they are repairing the loose bricks so no one gets hurt. Hopefully, you'll see something there shortly. Can't say what yet, as there's no concrete plan, but that could change very shortly
  6. Update coming very shortly now, will keep you posted as soon as i have an update on the project
  7. Just from what i'm hearing in the real estate world. Some of those people think the most viable location is the 800 Superior garage
  8. I think the most likely spot is 800 Superior Garage on East 9th and Vincent
  9. Looks like they are working on the crane jump this morning...
  10. Some very prominent developers demanded she be fired, doubt it had to do with this
  11. Not at the moment, but things could change very quickly
  12. I'd be shocked if the site isn't some sort of mixed used development, from what i'm hearing
  13. If Bedrock lands the right JV partner for the former Nucleus lot, they won't hesitate to move quickly. They don't plan on developing it just themselves
  14. I'm currently working on a new build, $12 million dollar project, and most loan to value is now 55-65%, plus many banks are NOT lending right now. It's very tough to do any of these deals, especially with interest rates the way they are without any public subsidies
  15. Yes, the building was vacated to start construction and there were a few holdups with the loan. Now everything is moving and at the finish line. Once I have a formal update, i will provide it here
  16. Unfortunately, some assholes keep breaking into the building which is causing major issues. You'll start to see movement come October on the building.
  17. This particular development is stalled, like i said earlier, there are a bunch of unannounced projects in Hough that will be coming soon. You'll be impressed, trust me on this one
  18. Also, you don't have to worry about it turning into another Tremont. There's tons of new unannounced LIHTC coming to the area, i think you'll be impressed with the new product about to come on the market
  19. Can't share much more, I'm working on numerous developments right around this project, and from what I know, it stands no chance in its current state
  20. Trust me when I say this, this project is never happening unless someone else takes over the project. This building will likely be demolished before it has the chance to be renovated
  21. Is this project still going on or is it stalled?
  22. I can't do September 7th, have some of the big guys visiting from Chicago that day and so I'll have some major updates from an unannounced project not far from downtown...
  23. I heard a different developer is working on the E. 36th site
  24. Yes, don't know the plan yet, but something is going on either there or E. 36th
  25. From someone who has knowledge about this project, they are already well funded and will be breaking ground on the first phase, sooner than later
