Cleveland: Downtown: Ten60 Bolivar Apartments
No tower crane will be used for this project, unfortunately. Just a standard one for a low to mid rise.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
If I had to guess, my guess is that the Justice Center will be part of the Bedrock complex next to the Federal Courthouse. Based on the info i've heard, that's my best guess

Cleveland: Which Project Will Be Next and Why

Cleveland: Which Project Will Be Next and Why
No updates on Dream Hotel yet, however there may be one coming soon, not sure if its good or bad news, but i should have an update shortly on that project

Cleveland: Which Project Will Be Next and Why
In terms of new construction, its most likely going to be Bedrock, followed by CSU, Haslam Lakefront high rises on East 9th, Ballpark village announcement, Greyhound site and Superior and 15th... In terms of Historical Rehab, it's Rockefeller, 700 Prospect, Galleria/W Hotel and then Centennial. I don't think Centennial is close to starting construction as people think, but i could be wrong

Groundbreaking for the apartments at Bolivar is scheduled for Wednesday morning. I'll be posting pics afterwards

Cleveland: Downtown: Rockefeller Building Rehab-Additions
Unfortunately, a 600 ft residential tower in Cleveland doesn't make sense with construction costs being so high here. Once the planning starts, and I have a better idea, I'll let you know

Cleveland: Downtown: Rockefeller Building Rehab-Additions
The site for the garage is necessary for construction staging, and eventually in the not so distant future, a phase 2 tower...
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Rockefeller Building Rehab-Additions
Yes, the parking garage will be demolished

Cleveland: Downtown: Rockefeller Building Rehab-Additions
This is the first true micro unit building in Downtown Cleveland. Lenders were very hesitant because of the uniqueness of the project. It's moving along just fine at this point and there will be an announcement shortly
-
Cleveland: Downtown: 45 Erieview Conversion
Ram Construction is actively cleaning the outside of the building. You can see how clean the far east side of the building is, compared with the rest. Also, model units are completed and furniture will be going in shortly. Pre-leasing starts at the end of August. If anyone would like a tour soon, please let me know

Cleveland: Downtown: Rockefeller Building Rehab-Additions
A few LOI's have already been submitted with some cool concepts not currently in Cleveland
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Rockefeller Building Rehab-Additions
We will be moving at a quick pace on Rockefeller once it starts. If you look at Geis's previous work with the 9 and May Company, they move on an extremely fast timeline

Cleveland: Downtown: Rockefeller Building Rehab-Additions
Loans are in place, working on some minor details, but the project is almost ready to roll. It was very difficult to finance because of the uniqueness of the project. This is the first true micro unit building in Downtown and there are no comps for other projects in the immediate area. If you guys want to know what it will look like, look up 28 grand in Detroit. Very similar project

Cleveland: Downtown: Rockefeller Building Rehab-Additions
Yea, Construction is 90 days away. We had some delays because some idiots decided to break in and strip the copper which has caused delays. I will provide a clear update once i have it
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
I'm currently working on the Bell, and we didn't cut a hole in the center
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
The plan is to tear down the Justice Center, the building has way too large of an interior footprint to renovate the building into a hotel/apartment. No amount of tax credits could justify the renovation. The mayor has a great vision for the current site of the justice center, and I think you'll all be impressed once you see it
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
It's 100% going to be a high rise, located somewhere in Downtown
-
Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway / Gordon Square Arts District: Development News
Nope, not it!
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
Gonna shut down the renovation now, not even worth discussing. A new tower is already in the works at a specified location downtown. All I can say at the moment

Cleveland: Random Development and News
There are projects that you guys haven't even heard of yet, wish i could touch more on this, and sorry to keep everyone hanging. I promise you'll be in awwwwwwww in the not so distant future.
