Having a few delays, as Rockefeller is on the verge of construction starting in the near future. Internet in the building has now been shutdown, which makes it difficult. We will do our best to figure out an interim solution shortly.

There's nothing going on right now with the Burger King site, hopefully that changes soon. There was a person planning something over there, but the buyer turned out to be full of sh*t

That building is going to have some fierce winds to say the least. Sit's within 100 yards of the lake. Feel bad for any of the workers up there. They'll be lucky not to be blown away if it's not boarded up soon

Medical Mutual will be vacating its downtown headquarters and moving out to their Brooklyn location in the old American Greetings building

Not sure where you're getting your info from, but Wegmans has been interested in the Cleveland market for some time now and is looking at opening a store here. Can't say where, but they are actively looking

Also, look for shovels in the ground on Park Lamont coming very very soon...

The Geis project on West 20th is 100% still happening. Expect construction to start sometime in November/December

Hate to break it, but unless RealLife sells the Pearl, it ain't happening. They have actively been trying to sell the project for months, along with their project on Columbus road down in the Flats. Anything they propose is nothing more than an attempt to flip the property

July was just a formal groundbreaking. Interior demo has been going on for sometime now. Took a while to receive the construction permits from the city. That was the holdup

Case also owns the entire solar farm on the old Mt. Sinai campus. I'd expect them to do something there in the near future.

The Soccer stadium if built, is not going anywhere near CSU. Will be south of the freeway off of Ontario
