Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
https://www.fox19.com/2023/11/16/ge-says-goodbye-banks-250-workers-will-move-evendale/ Not surprised by this. They only had 250 employees left downtown.

Covington, KY: Development and News
That roof though. At least have some sort of height variation.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
And when asked they always stated that it was much more cost efficient and would take less time to do a new hotel than to renovate the Millenium. Sucks to know that if we just renovated the Millenium we’d prolly be close to completion of it.

Cincinnati Brewery / Beer / Alcohol News
It always seemed to be decently busy when I went. I do hope something goes in there relatively quickly. I’d assume not till spring though.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
I don’t think they ever stated that it WAS going to be 800 rooms but that Cincinnati could support 800 rooms Upon looking at old articles they do state 800 rooms.

I mean I’d love for all these to get funding. Carew is only asking for 4.5million so they very well could get it (don’t think the fund has a set amount to allocate does it?). I’m just thinking the Hotel and FC because they will both be transformational to the areas they are proposed for and help jump start redevelopment in those areas plus bring in a decent amount of money. I would love to see the Banks try to get some of this money so we can finally get this s**t completed.

Do we know when they award the funding? I just guessing, but I’d say the hotel and FC projects both get the funding while Carew Tower and the Gallery project are left out. The later two just aren’t really big enough projects to consider them transformational (though I hope both still happen). It is messed up about needing this funding or basically the hotel project doesn’t go through and would not fair well for city government or 3CDC.

Sucks! I loved that place and though their new location was great!

Sycamore Township: Kenwood Towne Centre
They may do a pop up but they do have a physical store at the Greene in Dayton.

Sycamore Township: Kenwood Towne Centre
I checked their coming soon stores in their website and saw there was a store called CLB XX111 in the list. Checking today I do not see it but there is a job opening for the store on another site. Looking at the CLB XXIII website they sell high end clothing and shoes (Like $25,000 Nike shoes high end). Also when are they going to put in another Apple Store. I could see on either going in Crestview Hills Towne Center (other than I was there a few weeks ago and it’s kinda going downhill) or Liberty Center.

Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
I’m assuming they are just getting revenue right now and have some plan down the line to redevelop. With the Fc development and Liberty and Elm I’d assume they are more invested in these lots than they were 2 years ago. They also still need to redevelop the big lot across from Sacred Beast.

Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
Now we just need buildings and lot just north of these on Walnut to be developed.

Norwood: Development and News
That would be great if they did. I don’t think the need for any office is there for that site. I’d love to have a canyon effect on I-71 in that area.

Dayton, KY: Manhattan Harbour
I don’t know if it’s just me, but this has to be (as well as Ovation) one of the ugliest large developments in the area. Now the larger apartment building isn’t bad but all these smaller apartment buildings and even the townhomes are not pleasing to the eye.

Norwood: Development and News
Another apartment building coming to Factory 52 called Kenilworth East. Assuming it’s going in the spot circled but that’s just a guess. Glad to see things are working quickly to get the whole site developed. Hopefully it can continue and we can get the spots next to I-71 filled.

The Hub Cincinnati is very dominant at this angle. Will be crazy to see what the 23 floor apartment tower (hopefully) will look like from this angle.

Cincinnati: University of Cincinnati: Development and News
Are there any renderings of the renovation of the old Chem building will look like? I know they are demolishing the newer portion and adding 144,000 sq ft.

Cincinnati: Central Parkway Overhaul
I like the design overall. Wish they could do something to the back of music hall to make it integrate better with the street.

Northern Kentucky: Random Development and News
https://linknky.com/news/infrastructure/2023/10/25/kenton-county-fiscal-court-approves-2-million-for-drawbridge-inn-site-redevelopment/ Drawbridge inn site redevelopment proposal has changed. The retirement portion is only 9 floors now (think the original was around 11 floors). Work is expected to start at the end of the year.
