  1. I hate to say it but the more and more I look at it, it’s starting to look like a suburban office park. Idk if it’s just the way the design looks or what.
  2. Any idea when the next phase of the District at Clifton Heights will begin?
  3. Does the parking lot to the south come with the building?
  4. I do like the materials used, just wish they would have kept the hotel/condos at 19 floors. Would like a little height variation between buildings. For height comparison I believe the Blonde apartments are the same height that these will be (177ft).
  5. Did they also buy the land where Amir market was? I saw in the news last night that it was closing and was being torn down for redevelopment. All in all it is nice to see a decent amount of land being purchased (even though it’s prolly just for A Sam Adams expansion?)
  6. Let’s just hope they get the funding this time or we’re going to see Homarama 2026 there.
  7. Stupid that they only have one floor of condos. At least make it 3.

  10. The only other one I wouldn’t mind seeing win that’s outside of downtown would be the Factory 52 one. But I do not see them and Fc getting the money.

  12. I would think the city would do whatever it could to keep the stadium at the Banks. The Bengals are really the only thing keeping the banks businesses afloat during the winter. The Music venue helps but doesn’t help anywhere near as much as the Bengals.
  13. With only between 60-200 employees which 500 company could it be? Wonder if the company could work with W&S and build a dual headquarter tower for both companies.
  14. It is but I honestly did not think any sort of the old renderings that showed greater density was ever going to happen. It was also going to continue to get watered down.
  15. Car condos are back. Looking a lot better this time around, but still would prefer more housing.

  17. Hyde Parker’s are still salty about the whole Wasson Way apartment project.
  18. Yes. I drive past it everyday. I’ll try to snap a photo. Not sure if you can see it from 71 or not.
  19. Maybe if the Albertsons merger happens? Going to assume that the amount of workers in the building will increase so maybe they’ll want to do some renovations to accommodate that?
  20. Excited this is happening. Would not surprise me that Crossroads Health Center moves into the building and 3CDC purchases their current building. Would be great if purchasing their current building gets them jumpstarted on the parking lot they own just south of the Health Center. Maybe redevelop both into a two phase project?
  21. Does it mention when the final building will start construction?
  22. Now they just need to do something with that horrendous base.
