Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
So will the remaining lots be developed into a parking garage or is there still going to be a surface lot somewhere?

Cincinnati: Fountain Square: Development and News
Well hopefully whatever they build it’s not just a square box. I actually really like the reztark rendering for the site. I think an all glass tower would be nice .

Cincinnati: Fountain Square: Development and News
I would think that 3cdc knows that a new tower is what’s best for that spot and that it is what most people are wanting. I’m optimistic but I don’t think it’ll be 45 floors. I’d say at max maybe 25.

Cincinnati: Fountain Square: Development and News
I would think for them to consider building something that tall that they would have to have a pretty large tenant (Kroger or Fifth Third) or even a lot modium sized tenants already committed to the building. My guess would be that it will be mixed use. I wonder if

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Blonde (Eighth & Main)
I hope the second one starts soon after the first one is completed. Sure it all depends on how many units they can rent out. Hopefully the Joseph’s do something with that parking lot across the street in the next few years, I highly doubt it though.

Cincinnati: Avondale: Development and News
Does it give any time line for construction to start? Or is it just going to be something that we get excited for a wonder what happened to it 5 years down the line.

Cincinnati: Avondale: Development and News
This Uptown project is expected to transform a neighborhood When Shree Kulkarni first started buying a mixture of single-family homes, duplexes, apartment buildings and vacant residential land in Avondale and Walnut Hills in 2013, he was banking on the land’s potential. The Node will start with 130,000 square feet of research/office space, a 160-room class A hotel, 180 multifamily residential units and up to 10,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Cincinnati: Madisonville: Development and News
They had a meeting yesterday to update the community about the project as well as the second phase of the project, unfortunately I was unable to attend it, but hope the second phase will get started after this is complete.

It will definitely be nice to see from the interstate.

Are there any updated renderings of the project?

Cincinnati: Downtown: 1010 On The Rhine / Downtown Kroger
Always thought it would be a great location for the ballet. Doesn’t even have to be a tall building just something to pull together that section of Walnut.

Small Town & City Decline in Ohio
I wouldn’t disagree with that. The downtown area is really nice for a city it’s size. It was a great place growing up but not a place I’d ever move back to.

Small Town & City Decline in Ohio
I also grew up in southeast Ohio. I remember seeing a commercial where I believe it was the local police telling people to not through TVs or couches into the woods which a lot of people did.

Cincinnati: CUF / Corryville: Development and News
Pretty excited for how much density this will create. Does anyone know how they are going to take down the main part of the hospital?

Cincinnati: Downtown: Fourth & Race (Pogue Garage) Redevelopment
I would assume that the Macy’s development and a hopefully new convention hotel will add to the skyline. Hopefully the hotel will be tall enough to even out the skyline on that side of downtown and that the Macy’s development will rise above the Hilton.

Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
There’s an additional 20 units in the buildings to the right of The new building that they will ever renovating.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Fourth & Race (Pogue Garage) Redevelopment
It won’t be that tall. Court and Walnut is 18 floors and around 250, maybe a little higher. Since this project is only 14 floors I would say at max the height would be 200ft.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Terrace Plaza Hotel
Would love to see a rooftop bar. Would definitely make it the highest in the city.

Cincinnati: CUF / Corryville: Development and News
I would like to see a mid rise like what was proposed a couple years ago go in that space.

Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
Does anyone have any new information on the purposed projects one being the two one story building across from Washington Park being torn down and turned into an apartment building and the other being in 1518 Race street on the empty lot.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Fourth & Race (Pogue Garage) Redevelopment
Pogue garage was I’m assuming between 100-120 ft due to most garage floor heights being between 10-12ft. The new tower will be probobly be between 170-190 ft.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Fourth & Race (Pogue Garage) Redevelopment
It may not be very tall but I think you’ll be able to see a little bit of it from the cut in the hill/Devou park (if one knows where to look) and should for sure be able to see it from Price Hill. It will for sure add some decent density to downtown.
