Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
In your opinion what do you think is the main reason why our streetcars projections are not living up to what they are supposed to be? Hoping the uber traffic study will also look into making the streetcar more efficient.

Cincinnati: Downtown: 1010 On The Rhine / Downtown Kroger
I know cincinnati ballet is searching for bigger space from where they are now on the west end. Would be nice to see them build on one of these parking lots. Then their old space could be torn down and redeveloped for housing or mixed use if the FC stadium gets built

Cincinnati: Downtown: 1010 On The Rhine / Downtown Kroger
Do you think that’s why we are not seeing as much development in Cincinnati as to other areas that have more out of town developers? I like they they are allowing local developers to do work but I think that they need to be more open to allowing other developers from out of town come in and do work.

Cincinnati: Downtown: 1010 On The Rhine / Downtown Kroger
I feel like some of it has to do with Kroger since they are a hometown company. They were more inclined to starting it than fourth and race. I think fourth and race has also been having some issues with financing (so I’ve heard). Hopefully it’ll get back on track sometime this year. Same as with skyhouse which is the development I have been most excited about but I have heard nothing about a start date.

Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2018/01/23/exclusive-daniel-wrights-proposed-otr-bar-faces.html Confused as to why this is facing backlash about noise. It’s in the corner of Race and LIberty and from the looks of it the outdoor space is facing LIberty.

Any news on this project?

Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
I know Cranley wants to devote a lot of time to public transportation but I feel like The only things he’s wanting to improve is more bus routes. To me in my opinion that is not going to be as beneficial as doing something like light rail like Pittsburgh and many other cities have. I think that’s one thing that Cincinnati is lacking and would be a major boost if it would happen.

That is correct yes.

Cincinnati: Madisonville: Development and News
That is correct. There will be 4 phases with the first phase being the southeast corner of Whetsel and Madison. The strip mall will be renovated, but the developer said he would rather it be torn down but that was not doable in the current plans.

Cincinnati: Madisonville: Development and News
Apparently Medpace tried to buy the UDF but the owners would not take any offers for it. Medpace even said they would relocate them Across the street where the new duck creek connector is. As for downtown Madisonville, the financing for that project on the corner of Madison and Whetsel has been finalized and the developer is hoping to start construction on the first phase in the summer.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Fourth & Race (Pogue Garage) Redevelopment
Do you think Saks will try to relocate within Cincinnati or just close altogether? Same as with Tiffany?

Cincinnati: Madisonville: Development and News
Heard from a friend at work that the plans for the site are being finalized. They are currently building a spec type building behind medpace and he said that it should start construction after that is finished, I have noticed over the past two weeks that they have been moving dirt on the site.

Cincinnati: 2017 Mayoral Election
I'm hoping that Skyhouse will be a huge success and it will show him how great it is to have out of town developers come in instead of just local ones (though I think some local ones have done well ex. Kroger tower). I would like to see all of the giant parking lots in CBD be turned into multi story apartment/ condo towers, but idk how realistic that could be seeing a big donor of his owns most of them.

Cincinnati City Council
So what does this mean for larger developments? Such as 4th and Race, Skyhouse, ect.? I am a huge supporter of large urban developments and what them to continue not only downtown and OTR but all over the city.

Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
I do believe that the stuff on that lot is building material for the Empower building on 14th.

Cincinnati: CUF / Corryville: Development and News
Is there any news on the possible hotel and apartments that are proposed across from the Crossroads church on Calhoun?

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Artistry
All depends on ability to finance. The 8th & Main condo proposal from Greiwe fell down because banks would finance it at the cost/sq ft that the project was targeting (which would have been highest in the city). Do you know what the status of 8th and main is? Have not heard much more about it.

Cincinnati: Downtown: 1010 On The Rhine / Downtown Kroger
Looks great! Would 4th and Race be able to be noticed from this advantage point?
