Cleveland: Outlet Mall Proposal for Lakefront
^More good points. Lucky for them that they can hire us (LARRY & KEN's International Parking LLC) to manage their parking lots... LOL

Cleveland: Outlet Mall Proposal for Lakefront
^If the cost of parking is lower in the OUTLET MALL parking lots then the muny lots then I could see SOME PEOPLE trying to save money. Of course they may just charge the same or more money unless you validate for a certain amount of spending in the outlet mall and there by receive free or low cost parking.

Cleveland: Outlet Mall Proposal for Lakefront
Actually I was talking about commuters filling the OUTLET MALL's new parking lots all day instead of the customers going to the new outlet mall?

Cleveland: Outlet Mall Proposal for Lakefront
I wonder how they plan on restricting commuter parking while at the same time still providing parking for their customers?

Cleveland: Random Development and News
REALIFE REAL ESTATE GROUP is the developer who bought the STARK BUILDING on West 3rd Street and also proposed a now defunct project at STARK'S West 9th Street parking lot that Stark is still trying to sell. BUT whats interesting is that an affiliate of Realife Real Estate Group has recently purchase the Class B asset of a 55,799 square-foot office building known as Metro Center which is located at 6500 Rockside Road in Independence, Ohio for $5.5 million... So maybe we will still see a new development proposal from them for the CBD at some point? Or will they sell the former Stark Building on West 3rd Street to SHW for their upcoming HQ & RD Project? Or will REALIFE do a complete historical renovation of that building and then enjoy higher rents because of the NEW SHW HQ & RD Project being located next door and with the increase of more retailers and restaurants to support the 6,000 SHW employees? https://www.cpexecutive.com/post/newmark-knight-frank-arranges-office-building-sale-in-cleveland-suburb/

Cleveland: Scranton Peninsula: Development and News
Actually the TOTAL Scranton Peninsula is about 75+ ACRES TOTAL. The Scranton-Averell Inc. owns more than 50 ACRES of the rest of the Scranton Peninsula. And the "Thunderbird" land was originally approximately 25 acres and owned by the EWALT LLC partership. They are in the process of selling the following parcels: The NRP project is about 7 acres. And Great Lakes Brewing has already bought about 8 acres with an option to buy another 2 acres. SOURCE: https://www.cleveland.com/realestate-news/2017/06/forest_city_to_sell_scranton_peninsula.html

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
What types of retailers and or restaurants do you think may/should occupy the first floor of the SHW HQ TOWER? And what about the best layout for the other buildings on the Weston lots as it concerns both retailers and perhaps even residential mix use buildings beside the R&D and PARKING GARAGE buildings?

DCA and Land Studio and other groups have been working on this for a couple years ever since they did a Downtown Cleveland Resident survey about the top desires of needed enhancements to Downtown. And one of most requested item was need for new playgrounds for growing families living DOWNTOWN. Especially since other neighborhoods with smaller population all have four or more playgrounds each.

Those front doors I believe are the original doors to the former retail showroom and I'm assuming that it's temporarily until they completely redo the main entrance.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Yes BUT SHW is right now located on Huron, whereas when it's across the street on Superior it would provide a great location for out of town customers, managers, and trainees to be based at the Renaissance Hotel and with ALMOST DOUBLE the NUMBER of EMPLOYEES TOO!

KJP and all the other experts: Looking at the BIG PICTURE how transformative is this project expected to be? And whats your BEST GUESS as to how many buildings and in what configuration of retailers, apartments, ect that you think MAYBE included in the NEW SHW CAMPUS? Do you think they will vacate Frankfort Avenue that bisects the Weston Lots? And what types of other developments MAYBE built in that area over the next 5-10 years? An Interesting example: https://www.dallasnews.com/business/real-estate/2018/05/20/see-what-att-plans-for-its-100-million-downtown-dallas-discovery-district/ THANKS for any more additional insights that you can provide!!
