With just 31 condos to sale it should be plenty of people in the Greater Cleveland area, not to mention boomerangs and new people moving into the area to rather quickly FILL THE BUILDING!

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
Actually considering that townhouses in some other areas of Cleveland that are outside of Downtown is going for $ 500,000. Then $300,000 to $ 700,000+ is in the right ball park for DOWNTOWN CONDOS. IF they are high quality and good location.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
How much taller will The Lumen Tower be than the Keith Building?? I've seen several different heights for both buildings. Including The Lumen being 396' tall with Antenna spire and the rooftop being 337' tall. BUT I don't remember seeing a Antenna spire in any of the renderings. The Keith Building as being 272' tall. What's up??

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
Thanks Frmr CLEder! A city with a GREAT LEGACY like CLEVELAND is like a older fixer upper with GREAT BONES!! IF you do a proper renovation and upgrade the systems then you will have a valuable asset to pass on to the next generation!! Now back to your regular programming... The 925 Building with approximately 1.3 million sq. ft. will really add new life and active uses to EAST 9 & EUCLID with many new apartments, offices, restaurants, retail, and with one of the LARGEST BANK LOBBIES in the country! Can't wait....

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
Great pic! Thats the nice thing about CLEVELAND, because back in the day we was the 5th LARGEST CITY and later in 1950 we had a population around 900,000 people. And because of that LEGACY we have such great institutions like ART MUSEUM, WRHS, CLEVELAND ORCHESTRAL, METROPARKS, ect. Not to mention the great architecture like 925/UNION TRUST BUILDING, TERMINAL TOWER, PLAYHOUSE SQUARE THEATRES, and many others! And because we have SAVED MANY OF THESE GREAT BUILDINGS, we our now rebuilding CLEVELAND one project at a time! And combined with all of the great NEW CONSTRUCTION, it is one of the reasons most of the new/renovated apartment complexes have been completed in the Downtown Neighborhoods over the past couple of decades!

Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway / Gordon Square Arts District: Development News
This is really great that this area of Lorain Avenue is again starting to turn back into a really nice neighborhood again! Back in the 1960-70's growing up on the west side, the only highlights of this area I remember was Steve’s Hot Dogs near about West 50 & Lorain Avenue (burn down 10 years ago), a model car slot entertainment center near there, St. Ignatius High School, and later the Wendy's Restaurant...

Cuyahoga Falls: Development and News
Not sure if this is the right topic area for this. But Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park sets deal to buy former Brandywine Golf Course per Crains Cleveland Business: The former Brandywine Golf Course in Peninsula is set to become part of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park(CVNP) as the result of a deal announced Thursday morning, Oct. 3. The Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park said it signed a purchase agreement to buy the 215-acre property and convert it to park land. The course has been closed since 2018 and has been on the market for several months, "leading to speculation that the land might be sold for development," the conservancy said in a news release. https://www.crainscleveland.com/real-estate/conservancy-cuyahoga-valley-national-park-sets-deal-buy-former-brandywine-golf-course

Cleveland: Flats East Bank
It's replacing the closed East Bank Fitness Club at the Aloft Hotel. This is Crains Cleveland Business article about this new gym: The Cleveland Browns are teaming up with a fitness industry entrepreneur to open a 20,000-square-foot fitness center in downtown Cleveland. The team on Thursday, Oct. 3, announced that it will open Browns Fit, described as a "team-themed, state-of-the-art fitness center," sometime in November. The fitness center will be at 1111 W. 10th St. in the Flats, which is in the Aloft Hotel. A Browns spokesman said the team is renovating a second-floor space there as the home of Browns Fit. https://www.crainscleveland.com/sports-business/ready-train-brown-team-will-open-browns-fit-november&ved=2ahUKEwjOoZe85IHlAhUK16wKHam0Du4QFjAHegQIEhAB&usg=AOvVaw1-WYiNdelHpUUfLTdI31C3

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
I assume that Prospect Park would be key to the project and so it'll be in phase one. And the riverfront part in a future phase.
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
I don't know if there will ever be another phase of the Casino.... But the good thing is with Bedrock owning Tower City, most of the parking, and most of the riverfront land behind Tower City it will make it easier to do all of the FUTURE PHASES OF CITY BLOCK! And with the hopefull SHW HQ developement at PS/WESTIN sites and also the LANDMARK TOWERS redevelopment as RESIDENTIAL, combined with CITY BLOCK it should make it the REAL NUCLEUS of an Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Hub for GREATER CLEVELAND!!

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
Maybe they are reworking the original Forest City Enterprises plan for TOWER CITY which would have added a series of buildings between Huron Avenue and the Cuyahoga River? Because they do show Huron Avenue still connected to West 2 & West 3 to allow traffic to go around the new Prospect Park area via Huron.

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
City Block reimagines Tower City, with parks, innovative workspaces: Tower City is on its way to becoming City Block, Cleveland’s 350,000 square-foot center of city life: a space for both the public to enjoy and entrepreneurs to get work done. The first phase of a $110 million renovation is set to begin in early 2020. City Block would continue to host shopping, dining and Tower City Cinemas and serve a public transit hub. The ambitious plan imagines closing Prospect Avenue in front of Tower City, between Second and Third streets, to create a tree-lined park outside a modern entrance. Blockland founder Bernie Moreno said at a meeting Wednesday, “All of us who have been fortunate to be born [in] the right zip code we know that those connections naturally exist. They exist in places like country clubs, universities, fraternities, etc. But for neighborhoods that don’t have that network in place, those people are just as talented as any other group of people anywhere but what they’re missing is those connections.” https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cleveland.com%2Fmetro%2F2019%2F10%2Fcity-block-reimagines-tower-city-with-parks-innovative-workspaces.html&psig=AOvVaw2YeuVGTMAVHdeRaZOyhdeD&ust=1570150642099408
