Cleveland: Campus District
hhhhhhh... why not just remove those shoddy exit and on-ramps and just cap the thing entirely? It makes no sense that there's an exit and on-ramp every other street. It definitely doesn't help the flow of traffic. Especially when you're driving 50, merging every 10 seconds, while about to hit a wall on the shoreway. If Cincy is in talks to entirely cap their sunken thru-ways then why cant we?

It would be great for a wavy Lake Erie aspect. However, I always feel any company conjuring a building or skyscraper should atleast hone in on the identity that Cleveland and Northeast Ohio has laid in History; Steel, Shipyards, Railyards, Freshwater Lake/River, Rubber/Polymer/Paint, and Vegetation. We've sort of deviated from every aspect of what already made Cleveland great. We used to be the 'Forest City', we were 'The Sixth City', and even Euclid Ave. doesn't look too rich anymore. We need to prioritize what people want rather than what corporations and city planning wants, it may seem like a good deal but the last draft will always be smaller with less aspects of what makes Cleveland great. IF SHW reads this thread, please return us to our grassroots, and focus on why and what makes Cleveland great.

How is a multi-billion dollar company keeping secrets so well. Some sort of espionage must be going on, unless their circle is that tight? For something as simple as design choices for an HQ should probably be publicly made and publicly decided. Everyone knows it's HQ'd in Cleveland so why the big fuss about secrecy? Surprise?

I know it sucks to hear this news, but to compare it like a Mike Tyson missing tooth isn't as surreal as Michael Jackson's plastic surgeries, or name brand vs. Great Value. What we should've gotten: Vs. What we're getting:

A paint museum would be like watching paint dry. I bet our Federal Reserve Museum would pick up more tourism in one year than a paint museum.

@KJP is this coming from inside cpc directors? Because if not I have no doubt in my mind that it still can change for the taller. The closer we get to groundbreaking without schematics, is iffy to me. Because it changed from just the Jacob's lot, to the occupying the Westin twin lots, and keeps changing height from just above 200 P.S., to rivaling Key tower, to now just being a collection of 20+ story buildings on all three eyesores. Yes alot can change, but there's no doubt in my mind there could possibly be one solution even if groundbreaking is close.

E&Y looking very lonely rn- Cleveland: Random Development and News
Per the closing of the IX center from years ago, Hopkins stated they would like to build another runway but have deemed it not a necessity now, so the IX center's closure is not directly related. I do think it's a great circumstance considering Hopkins will be branching out and re imagining their entire facility.- Kent / Kent State University: Development and News
Fun fact: When i took a tour of Kent state when I went to look at their architecture program, as i was avidly looking into, the entire building is powered by geothermal.- Cleveland: Nautica Development
