I am not a big fan of the new front glass entrance but the rest of the addition isn't so bad. They need to work on that park a little, add a little more to it. Make the path go along the building and put no green space between the building and the path, making the parker bigger. I think with the green space as it is shown now would just be dead wasted space, for show, no one would feel comfortable using it. As for the rest of the park, put in bushes, an intimate fountain, some benches, more trees.

Landlord/Heat Legality Question
I believe by law, a rental unit is required to be able to maintain an average temperature of 64 degrees. I'm not sure where I got that, but I thought I came accross that in my studies at OU. Maybe there was an article in The POST about tenants' rights. It may be regulated by the City of Athens.

Columbus Blue Jackets Discussion
Congrats, but from what I just read above about them giving up the lead so many times, it sounds like the same old jackets to me. I bet they even scored lest than 2 minutes after the Jackets scored. Here's hoping I am wrong.

You stayed at the Peech Tree Westin? The round tower that we see missing windows due to the tornado earlier this year. I noticed it is still missing windows. Any idea what is going on with that?
