  1. I feel his hands are full from Detroit and the Riverfront. I would like for him to focus on making that the best thing possible. Now if Blitzer(?) wants to dip his hand in, that would be very welcomed.
  2. North Collinwood and South Collinwood are two completely different sides. He caters to the former more than the latter and it shows. But agree to disagree, I don't want to take this off topic.
  3. I thought about that too but I didn't know how much land was already accounted for
  4. In reality the national acme site would be perfect but they'd never build in that neighborhood.
  5. Eaton left 10+ years ago, Progressive deal fell through in the 90s-2000s and the Cleveland Browns situation is a vastly different reason, billionaire greed. Why are you on this URBAN site again? You hate the city.
  6. What is the current funding gap?
  7. That is an INSANE statistic.
  8. 115 in Columbus???? Jesus christ.
  9. So have zero benefit from a Fortune 100 company because you don't want to share a percentage of income. Got it.
  10. Cleveland voted 13-2 to approve the new lease with an EMERGENCY ORDINANCE and they will reject the deal? That doesn't make sense.
  11. Polensak doesn't like anything. Complete waste of a council seat.
  12. Wow reading that article, Cleveland got a raw deal and Brook Park eats well. Polensek is worried about Haslam stealing the events once the I-X Center closes but I don't view that as an option. I feel like Huntington Convention Center is the natural option.
  13. So a portion of this development will technically be in Cleveland.
  14. Can someone explain why these streets have Cleveland signage though (Penrose and Forest Hills)? The streets next to these have East Cleveland signage.
