  1. It is pretty terrible, which is crazy because it is around the corner from Prospect, one of the more vibrant streets.
  2. I wouldn't say turn REBoL into a transit center, I enjoy having a food place on the square. I will say they can convert one of the storefronts on Ontario across from the Casino and/or one of the many empty Prospect Avenue storefronts.
  3. Relax, it was a joke, take a breather...
  4. Is this Jimmy Haslem's burner account?
  5. The irony is he is using a picture of a French Fire Truck as a thumbnail to talk about American Firefighters. Urgence is French for "Emergency".
  6. This is undoubtedly the best most balanced view of Downtown. Has there been a picture taken from this angle with the new buildings ?
  7. I meant to post this pictures from last week. They were moving some dirt in the Empty lot Cleveland Clinic owns on 103rd and Cedar next to Meijers grocery store. I have no clue why, it has been going on since I took these photos.
  8. I feel the same from its impact, shooters is set up perfectly to be a nightclub if done well. If true I wish he would invest money into the water taxi so it would run better across both sides.
  9. You're right, I've said the same thing, it is unbalanced and due to the spacing that Public Square has makes the buildings along the regular grid look forced. 200 PS being placed closer to the natural street grid causes Sherwin Williams which is placed similarly to block it. Also our Public Square isn't necessarily centralized Downtown it is placed at the point where East meets West and since majority of our Downtown is located East, the building on Public Square look so distant from the rest. Their substantial size doesn't help this. This meme I made describes the Downtown Skyline even after the Sherwin Williams addition.
  10. What's interesting about Public Square is, especially how it was originally designed, the original buildings on the Jacobs lot and the 200 PS were a better fit than what ultimately replaced them. The more DC like building height with traditional ground floor retail would have made for a much better square.
  11. I don't get the point of closing several doors.
  12. Plot twist, phase 2 is a mega mixed use tower with Offices, Hotel and Residential for the Valspar employees coming over.
  13. Are you going to clarify this statement?
  14. I feel that the ground floor of the "original section" of the FEB needs to have a different feel from the modern version. The modern version is very party/nightlife focused, I would want this version to be more well rounded that invites people to come down there before 8PM.
  15. I won't lie, I thought the SHW building shrunk until I realized that was the Hilton hotel.
  16. I just used it for a couple of request, it is so easy to use. The ease of use makes me hopefully that people will be encouraged to use/keep using it.
  17. This neighborhood is literally a blank slate, they can make it whatever they want.
  18. I would love an apartment complex along this stretch, not enough housing actually FRONTS Chester Avenue. My long term dream is to have BRT Lite through the middle with protected bike lanes on the edges of each direction. Chester needs a road diet badly, it literally is just a pass through.
  19. Also wouldn't this new facility have to follow the newly announced zoning requirements to make it fit better into the neighborhood (or budding neighborhood)?
  20. Quite the anchor tenant for that neighborhood.
  21. I took some pictures from Upper Edgewater and posted them on IG. Here is how the building shines throughout the day.
  22. With how many things Huntington Bank has naming rights on you'd think Huntington Bank is the Cleveland Based bank and not Key Bank.
  23. I wouldn't be surprised. Honestly I am not expecting this to be exciting news for City of Cleveland fans.
  24. I actually meant to post these a couple of weeks back
  25. My family and I were visiting Pittsburgh and we saw the riverfront in the North Shore Neighborhood. It instantly reminded me of the potential of Settlers Landing (minus the navy ship due to a narrower river).
