  1. I hope so. At this point they wasted money that could've went to projects like Bridgeworks or something else.
  2. To be fair that on ramp /section of the freeway shouldn't exist. It's a nightmare. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  3. This has bothered me for years because it is so baffling. Can anyone explain why East 105th street from Chester to Mr.Sinai Drive was never repaved while the other sides were? This wouldn't bother me so much if it wasn't in such bad shape. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  4. Key, Terminal Tower, 200 Public Square, SHW Tower. 4 tallest in the city, 6th tallest in the state. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  5. If the stadium is full you won't see the seats. A seat color doesn't matter to me, the product does. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  6. The MBTA's issues sounds eerily similar to GCRTA (Minus the deaths). Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  7. “It is considered more like workforce housing with those types of rental rates which will be around $1,200 a month for a one-bedroom,” Winslow said. I'm not sure that is workforce pricing. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  8. This may explain why my street literally has ONE old light pole. The rest are LED's then you see one orange ugly light. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  9. To be honest if I was the RTA I would try to partner with as many downtown/university circle stakeholders and apartment complex's to offer them free RTA passes to get more people riding the rapid/health line. They already aren't riding as is so getting them the passes will at least increase ridership and if they have positive experiences they will keep riding as well as pass the word to their friends. 10. I do wish they would've ditched the seating configuration they chose/currently have in favor of the traditional seating along the windows/walls. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  11. It's open but no one goes apparently. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  12. Things like this create a unique experience that "forces" you to visit downtown Cleveland if you want to take part. Wonderful news. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk

  14. I thought about this same thing, with WFH and Cliffs being one of, if not their largest tenant it seems like a zero sum to build another skyscraper just to say you did it. Now if 200 PS wasn't large enough that's a different discussion. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  15. Regarding the jeweler (that I never knew existed until today) on why he picked the U.S Bank Centre "it offered the off-the-street feeling of intimacy in a busier building, with better visibility." So they want visibility without being visible, gotcha. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  16. My God I see why you don't wait until beyond End of Life to order new trains, it's such a long process. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  17. From the 9th Floor of the Juvenile Court. We need more balance to the East. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  18. Is there any word on if the RTA will be using a single car or double cars for the replacement trains when they arrive? Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  19. I would imagine that in the United States this would be astronomically higher but this renovation of Real Madrid 's open air stadium into a multi use stadium with a retractable roof is jaw dropping. The inclusion of shops and restaurants in the upper levels is amazing and creative as well. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  20. If true I wonder if they'd move them to the underutilized Prospect Avenue storefronts. I honestly think that would be a lot better for the long term success of the storefronts due to increased visibility. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  21. U.S Cities 1. Chicago (The Midwest NYC and the US city with the most beautiful architecture and relatively inexpensive for what it offers). 2. Washington D.C (Reminds me of a European City and the Northeast corridor rail connection is a plus) 3. NYC (Extremely expensive but sets the standard for car less and 24 hour cities in the U.S) 4. Philadelphia (Very Good and underrated city with a ton of history, great density and good transit) 5. Cleveland (I can't leave home off of this list, but it's an underrated city due to a lack of proper leadership but it's inexpensive, has a ton of culture and history, great food scene, and diverse neighborhoods). 22. That is an amazing shot overall of Cleveland. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
  23. I wonder if building something next to the IBM building long term would be possible down the road. I know they want to be along the opportunity corridor but I also wonder if they could be apart of the next phase of Circle Square with the office building component. 24. This. My favorite skyline in Ohio is Cincinnati's. The density of it and placement of its buildings make it a dense and "big city" feeling skyline more than Cleveland. Their downtown looks more "full" from more angles than Cleveland's. The most popular view is a view that actually shows it's flaws to me. The skyline from this view shows why a balance of skyscrapers and mid-rises/high-rises (The 9, Celebreeze Building etc.) placed in the right locations are important. Downtown looks better from the Eastern edge of downtown (University Circle) than from the West side because the mid-rises/high-rises are more prominent from this view. Our tallest/trophy buildings are all placed along public Square but they are located next to the low-rise WHD buildings which creates an odd skyline that looks like it has a lot of gaps. Placement definitely matters over height to me. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk
