  1. Lol it was the opposite for me, I worked on the 40th floor. I had a great view [emoji23] Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  2. That's exactly how Key Tower works. When I was there they had I believe 6 elevators in each area with a total of 3 areas. Each area of elevators only went to select floors. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  3. Man as a senior in College (2016) I was so jealous seeing this go up for architecture students. I spent some long days in decrepit Taylor Hall lol. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  4. This is how busy Cleveland has become with construction. We really had a mid rise get built in a neighborhood and while we were excited because we're nerds, it really overall was treated like no big deal. I love that. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  5. Since the Cleveland Retail Thread is still locked, chase bank is opening at the Steelyard in the old Guthrie's space. I thought Chipotle would've expanded over there for a Chipotlane but I guess not. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  6. A protected bike lane is still a protected bike lane. The important thing is hoping that this effort spreads across the city Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  7. Well to be fair, Cleveland is slowly but surely adding SOME protection to the bike lanes (Lorain Avenue between 25th and the L-C Bridge). Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  8. Do the colors change? Also I wonder why they didn't make them all light up. A pleasant addition though. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  9. Yes. A building on Public Square should have public access. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  10. $750,000 shouldn't be an extremely difficult feat. Maybe we can redirect some of that $2,000,000 that we took away from NEON and put it towards this project. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  11. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]. I just wonder if the vendor issue and lack of renovations caused us to not make it. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  12. Part of me can't believe the west side market didn't make it, the other part isn't surprised. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  13. Oh this is gorgeous. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  14. This actually looks good, and I'd be fine with it if it were open to the public. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  15. Cuyahoga County Council withholds approval of Cleveland’s proposed lakefront development authority But members of the county council didn’t like the math. They objected that two seats were too few for the county, given its sizable recent investments in supporting the construction of the city’s new convention center, the Hilton Cleveland Downtown Hotel, and the Global Center for Health Innovation. “There’s nothing meaningful about our two seats at the end of the day,’’ said District 11′s Sunny Simon. “Cleveland is going to rule.’’ Like I said. They want to be in control and will hold up progress so they can feel needed and in power. This county is so frustrating, it's no wonder why we haven't grown in decades. https://www.cleveland.com/news/2023/07/cuyahoga-county-council-withholds-approval-of-clevelands-proposed-lakefront-development-authority.html *SUBSCRIBER EXCLUSIVE* Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  16. So if it went Toe-to-Toe with Intro, what was the thing that put it over the top? The Downtown address? Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  17. Guess you gotta update your username lol Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  18. The Lakefront is situated in CLEVELAND. Even with all of its flaws, CLEVELAND is the lifeblood of Cuyahoga County and a major contributor to its viability and success. CLEVELAND is contributing 3 MILLION DOLLARS while Cuyahoga County is only contributing a total of $750,000. Why would the county even THINK that they should be an equal to Cleveland on the board. This reeks of selfish politics. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  19. If so then this space could be as big of a hit as The 9 and its patio. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  20. Yeah that's weird I looked it up myself and even the news outlets identify this as St.Clair Superior. Ah it doesn't matter, I'm just happy to see development. This stretch from here to 55th has so much potential, especially if they redo St.Clair to be more pedestrian and bike friendly. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  21. Love that this building is getting renovated but I hate the blades. Looks out of place. Also, isn't this the St.Clair-Superior neighborhood? I thought the St.Clair portion of Glenville started up by Yale near East Blvd. I know there is a Glenville sign over there. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
