  1. Yeah that's weird I looked it up myself and even the news outlets identify this as St.Clair Superior. Ah it doesn't matter, I'm just happy to see development. This stretch from here to 55th has so much potential, especially if they redo St.Clair to be more pedestrian and bike friendly. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  2. Love that this building is getting renovated but I hate the blades. Looks out of place. Also, isn't this the St.Clair-Superior neighborhood? I thought the St.Clair portion of Glenville started up by Yale near East Blvd. I know there is a Glenville sign over there. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  3. Best Steak and Gyro to Open 24-Hour Restaurant in Downtown Cleveland Good to see more late night/24 hour options downtown. https://www.clevescene.com/food-drink/best-steak-and-gyro-to-open-24-hour-restaurant-in-downtown-cleveland-42375734 Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

  7. The Mimi Ohio (God I hate that name) marquee is the worst one to me by far. BUT the main thing that drives me nuts is the font. It looks so uninspired and dull. At this point I'd rather they had gone digital with the marquee, placing unique features on the tops of them to differentiate. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
  8. I look at WFH as the perfect opportunity for Cleveland to boom. With non-hybrid WFH you are 100% virtual, meaning you can work from wherever your heart desires. I know an old coworker that was hired to work at our national offices in Virginia. Due to the 100% virtual nature of his job he chose to live in his dream city of Los Angeles instead of in Virginia. This is Cleveland's prime opportunity to appeal to those working virtually in NYC, LA, Chicago etc. Show those people that we have a city that you can live in and love from Day 1. Obviously affordability will be the first thing that's a draw but we need to show them other things that make Cleveland look like a STEAL. Affordability, a great city for families, singles etc. We could have the residents in those aforementioned cities coming here in droves. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

  10. Oh my lord. Maybe this is too large of a task for them. This is getting ridiculous. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Didn’t realize until yesterday that they finished the work on the west side market Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I’m more annoyed with the cinder block wall next to the house. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I’m torn on the heavy focus on the Southeast side, while it’s necessary I do wish that money was spread across the city better. I have to believe that focus in Mt.Pleasant somewhat has to do with him growing up there and having ties. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I feel like the original structure aligned with the yellow house and this development was oddly built in the opposite direction. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Wasn’t there an article recently interviewing someone who said the city should begin shifting their focus for demolition to renovations? It gets to a point where now your just erasing history and character from the city. Demolition is nowhere near necessary in Cedar, this neighborhood needs help, it is a complete shell of itself. Diverse housing stock attracts diverse buyers. I for one don’t am not a fan of the “modern housing” their building in “Circle North” and wouldn’t buy a modern home over an older one that can be renovated. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Not gonna lie. The Rock hall architect is world renowned but the actual rock hall design isn’t his best work. It has aged okay but it isn’t the most timeless design imo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Amazing how good this looks from the Shoreway bridge. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. It doesn’t look too bad tbh Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. After walking that entire block a week ago that would be such an eyesore of a parking lot. It’s such a huge block. Renovations or a redevelopment that has financing in place are the only options lol. We can’t make progress with erasing so many WHD parking lots just to put another CRATER in the same area for god knows how long. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. The activation of the lakefront space they occupy is the best part of this renovation imo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I won’t lie, it sucks that it doesn’t have a prominent spot when looking at it from progressive field. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
