Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
So that journeys in the Steelyard did come from Tower City. I truly don’t understand the logic behind letting national tenants walk. Maybe their waiting for the riverfront to start, who knows. What’s even more confusing is they are touting Tower City as a place that has a good mix of local AND National tenants. That’s becoming less and less true everyday. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Cleveland / Lakewood: The Edge Developments
The title got my hopes up that we were going to see a short north type of method when it came to fast food restaurants (Built below apartments apart of a dense, walkable development). Instead it’s the same suburban style restaurants. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I wonder if that backdoor move by her was one of the reasons she was let go. It happening a week before she was fired, makes you wonder. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
Multipurpose stadium, great fan experience (I think they have the best fan experience out of our big 3) but with an increased fan experience you're more willing to buy a ticket to a game. Whether you watch or not is not their concern. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

These are actually what I was referencing when I said we stopped pursuing it because I remember starting it but we never continued and I find that to be confusing.

Those senior apartments look rather disappointing. Looks like a large community center. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

I'm not sure why we stopped pursuing the Rock and Roll walk of Fame idea. Definitely would be a tourist draw. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

6 other days to choose from and you choose the day that's already taken by similar programming. So If I wanted to support I now have to choose between the two. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

Not necessarily a development but I couldn't think of where to put it. Although I like that they are offering free concerts every Wednesday downtown I can't help but feel they are doing this to compete with Wade Oval Wednesdays. https://www.cleveland19.com/2023/06/22/clevelands-public-square-center-downtown-revitalization-effort/ Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

Cleveland: Zoning Discussion
Cleveland headed this fall toward once-in-a-century shift from traditional zoning to new ‘form-based’ code CLEVELAND, Ohio — Cleveland is cruising smoothly toward a once-in-a-century change in the city’s zoning code designed to make neighborhoods more urban, walkable and sustainable. The new zoning language, which could be adopted as soon as this fall, would represent a shift from the city’s existing code, adopted in 1929 and amended numerous times since then. https://www.cleveland.com/news/2023/06/cleveland-headed-this-fall-toward-once-in-a-century-shift-from-traditional-zoning-to-new-form-based-code.html Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

I personally think at least putting their most popular items in there and using that space for special Cavs releases such as City Jersey's etc. Would have been great since it's a lot more accessible that RMFH. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

Also does anyone know what is getting built here on Ansel? It sits on the site that got torn down recently next to the Regency apartments close to the Ansel and Kenmore intersection. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
