I do like the overall design, I do agree with a concern about the Rock Hall entrance shifting to the new addition and potentially taking life away from that part of the rock hall.

I always was a fan of cities running rail along the highway. I feel like a rail extension along I-90 in Cleveland would do well. Seeing that Cleveland ran the highway through the neighborhoods and Cleveland has the second highest carless percentage in Ohio, this idea could work. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

East 123rd Street is the most heartbreaking street in Cleveland to me. A major WHAT IF maybe the largest what if in the city. I always loved the bones of the neighborhood growing up and it contained some of the most beautiful neighborhood apartments buildings in Cleveland. Regarding the "lack of parking", I don't see that as an issue. If you have people who potentially want to rent apartments at this development, they would be well aware of the "lack of parking". Those who move there after learning about the parking situation would either be okay with using transit and/or be bikers who are okay with using 2 wheels instead of 4. Would there be people that would park on the side streets because there are no garage spots? Yes. That is life in the city though, you move into a growing area expecting it to........grow.

I live by here and drive past this site everyday, nothing yet besides the demolition of that green building a few months back. Hearing that there have been permits popping up is encouraging.

GCRTA needs to get with the times and integrate their transit payment system with Apple and Google Pay. The smart card thing is old tech, and EZ Fare is not as convenient plus the app looks outdated (I wish they would have transitioned the RTA app UI into EZ fare.) Apple and Google Pay integration allows people to easily add money to a transit card and pay with what they use the most, their phone. It’s time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
