Parking is a priority and would be an issue unless they also purchase an already existing lot or garage. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower at Erieview & Galleria Renovation
Tbh I never even knew this building existed. This brutalist building looks better than your average building, I remember going to classes in Taylor Hall at Kent State and HATING that building lol.

Cleveland: Population Trends
I think the biggest issue is to stabilize the East Side or at least do a dramatic slowdown of population loss. It doesn’t matter how fast the West Side is growing if the East Side is bleeding faster. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The low rise buildings look like a fortress of Brutalist buildings. I know architecture enthusiasts love Brutalism but no thank you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

32 years then. A building drought that long still is astronomical. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I just realized this is the first office building constructed on Superior Avenue, Downtown (I believe the first building tower constructed in general) in 40 years. Wow. Correction: 32 years and by the time it’s finished, 33 years. Still a hell of a long time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I took a picture like that, albeit when the building was slightly shorter. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The design of those West 73rd townhomes are underwhelming and look dated. They remind me of the Circle East townhomes in East Cleveland. While I want these to be built I don't want them to be built in this iteration. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

I've always said I'd take a development like The Wharf in D.C for North Coast harbor and a smaller Navy yards on Burke's land. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

Same feeling but I also don't want to go to Mayfield so I stick it out. That's actually how I found out about the Steelyard carwash opening, the guy running that one will be in charge of the Steelyard one. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

I believe I read that Steelyard gets 8 million annual shoppers. It's been insanely successful. I think including the Best Buy I can count on one hand (maybe a little on the second hand) how many stores have closed since it opened. I believe a gas station won't open down there because you have 3 directly on 14th and one around the corner on Clark. To respond to someone that spoke about the parking, I always wondered what it would look like to build residential with retail at least a long the edges, but having some built in the "emptier" section of Steelyard on those lots would be interesting to me. The new construction btw in the Steelyard is a new CLEAN car wash. Opens in May I believe. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

Oh wow, didn't expect that tbh. Welp that's more convenient than a new build. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

I wonder if they ever considered negotiating with Guthrie's for the remaining space since they control the drive thru and Guthrie's move to either where T-Mobile was or the side by Target. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk

Cleveland: Ohio City: Irishtown Bend Park
The missing piece for this project is a "Quarter Phase 1" type project maybe slightly smaller. The current uses directly across from this are definitely underwhelming. Sent from my Pixel 7 using Tapatalk
