  1. This hurt to watch. So many irreplaceable buildings lost.
  2. TownHall owner looks to open new places, plus changes under way at TownHall CLEVELAND, Ohio – Early months on the calendar often spell doldrums for restaurants, but TownHall’s Bobby George isn’t slowing down these days. George, who splits time between his Columbus and Cleveland ventures, says TownHall in Ohio City will undergo physical changes, and within the next couple of months he is opening several new places. “It’s an exciting time,” he said. “Over the next three months we will have three more places open.” https://www.cleveland.com/entertainment/2022/01/townhall-owner-looks-to-open-new-places-plus-changes-under-way-at-townhall.html
  3. That's fine but urban renewal caused that building to look extremely out of place. I don't mind erieview tower but the end design had it sitting on essentially a MASSIVE set back due to the plaza. It looked like they put a tower in the Strongsville Mall parking lot due to all of the tear downs of the urban renewal era. The tower is fine, the surrounding area is not, that's my point.
  4. It sounds like it essentially is the same plan as East 105th street's rehab project. We lost one lane over here, turning the other lane into either street parking or a bike lane, depending on the area. Not really a fan of the layout tbh, the street parking by Glenvillage doesn't extend far enough and leaves some cars exposed to the road. I wish they could have both, hopefully this is a better implementation.
  5. Pictures of Erieview Tower will never impress me. The suburbanized look due to the urban renewal era will forever be terrible. Once we fill all of those parking lots gained from that era I may be able to view it from a different perspective.
  6. Yeah I visited a couple years ago, that is the final product.
  7. We've come close to better rail over and over and over, it is so upsetting smh.

  10. Big or small, national or local what these stores opening up quickly in Tower City shows me is if the will, effort and connections are there, you'll be able to attract tenants downtown. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  11. How in the world did Cleveland fail to maintain this??
  12. It's even beautiful at night. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  13. Great article! Only thing is it is not called 75 Public Square North just 75 Public Square.
  14. Lol it's available extra storage for residents who may not have the space for their extra things (holiday decorations etc) in their apartment. Also the empty room with the light hardwood floors is the Yoga studio. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  15. The balconies are located off the bedroom door to certain apartments. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  16. A few interior shots I took on my tour. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  17. I am. As an East SIde resident I love seeing the re-investment. DROP THOSE BOMBS
  18. Geez how many rail cars were connected to each other back then? Looks like a NYC subway. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  19. Hopefully whatever damage is done to the sidewalk is fixed correctly when they are done. The patch job done in front of the Beacon is ugly and embarrassing. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  20. I wish Cleveland would adopt what Vancouver has done, buildings essentially hide the lots by wrapping around them.
  21. OOOOOH Okay phew, I got nervous lol
  22. Wait the Bolivar project is possible cancelled?! Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  23. The first resident moved in today, interior work is still going on but it's simple cosmetic. We're trying to work with RTA to provide discounted bus passes to residents who are interested. Hopefully they are interested. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  24. There will be a fitness center and yoga studio in the basement amongst other amenities. Also that promotional material is definitely out of date. The name no longer is Public Square North, it's simply 75 Public Square.
  25. Those are words from the property manager. Just relaying the message. If you go to the site it's being advertised as no parking included. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
