  1. East 6th is my favorite street when it comes to urban feel, narrow street, buildings towering over you. I just love the feeling.
  2. Leasing is underway, due to no parking being included in the building the target residents are those that work close to the building (Downtown, OC) or public transportation users.
  3. Looking sharp! I like the color a lot better than the strictly silver OG buses. I do think that signal prioritization will actually be activated now, call me crazy but I have much more faith in this leader of RTA.
  4. I was just thinking it would be great if the parking garage was built in a way that would support future development like 515 Euclid Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  5. I was confused at first I thought this was Fenn Tower Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  6. What I like about Uptown is that it is slowly becoming more well rounded with general retail. Should be interesting to see what the future holds.
  7. Is there some type of ordinance the city could pass in order to require sidewalks to remain open?
  8. Good for the city but bad as far as design. Also the building uses are pretty terrible seeing that the RTA station is walking distance away. I know there is land still left but TOD is off to a bad start on the opportunity corridor. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk

  10. Looks like the AT&T is almost finished. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  11. It allows a fresh start for an area that unless completely demolished and restarted would have continued to languish and be ignored. Now that the ground work has been laid to get this area back on track with the demolitions we can create an area that will be prosperous in the future. With all the spillover from UC and recently announced projects it is off to a great start. So yes it is game changing because without it none of the recently announced projects would be there. 12. I'm wondering if this building on East Blvd is getting rehabbed or not. Hopefully it is I love the size of it and it's a building you can't replace. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  13. Here's my terrible picture of the MAGNET building under construction. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  14. My contribution from Key Tower Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  15. Urban streetwear stores Xhibition and the Complex Shop will be opening in Tower City. It seems like the complex shop will just be one of the All Star Game pop ups Bedrock referenced earlier. Also two of the local shops 360 streetwear and Jaxson's closet seems to have opened. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  16. While I'm happy about this building receiving historic credits, it sucks that the Warner Swasey building didn't win. I really wanted to see that building redeveloped, hopefully they can figure out the financing.
  17. No need to tear down a structure that's still useful especially when there is still empty lots across the street. Rather would see a mixed used building (Hotel and Residential) on one of the WHD lots. Something similar to the design of the Aloft project in the flats. Hotel fits the stature of the surrounding WHD buildings and the Residential portion could rise to be another highrise to add density, fitting the height being added by SHW. 18. FINALLY!!!!! Did you see the manufacturer of the bus? I feel New Flyer has done a great job in the quality of their busses. Side note: I'm not a fan of the big "Healthline" on the back other wise I like it. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
  19. I can see University Circle being the location because I see it being like an Atlanta Midtown with high rises popping up everywhere, especially as they run out of lots to immediately build on.
  20. I’m guessing this is what it means
  21. Their “cheaper store “ Next, used to be located on the second floor above Champs space. I’m surprised they just didn’t reopen in that space.
  22. I work in the upper floors in Key Tower, I will try to snag some pictures from time to time.
  23. One thing that seems consistent with Geis projects are that they are simply not interested in retail being included. This building, The avenue district building, their project in Midtown. All missed opportunities, it's kind of frustrating. They want to build in the city but don't want to build proper projects FOR the city. Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk
