Cleveland: Little Italy: Development and News
Wasn't there just a big uproar from planners about these slot townhomes being allowed in the city? Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk

Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
You could have retailers offer parking validation to supplement parking cost for shoppers. It's not like there are no ways around that issue. Tower City definitely is perfect for outlet shopping for the reasons the previous poster mentioned. Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk

Cleveland: Opportunity Corridor Boulevard
Critics say plans forged in secret for asphalt, concrete plants in Cleveland violate vision for Opportunity Corridor CLEVELAND, Ohio — Plans by the administration of Mayor Frank Jackson to sell a prime piece of land on the long-awaited Opportunity Corridor project to a nonprofit that, among other things, wants to build asphalt and concrete plants on the site have left leaders at organizations who work with the city on economic development around the road project surprised and dismayed. Leaders at Burten, Bell, Carr Development Inc., and the Fund for Our Economic Future have significant concerns about plans from Norm Edwards and Fred Perkins to place the campus of the workforce development-focused “Construction Opportunity Institute of Cleveland” on Opportunity Corridor. The proposal also left bad feelings about what they said was the city’s needless secrecy during planning, according to sources who spoke to cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer. These plans and the secrecy of the Frank Jackson administration is the exact reason I have very little faith Cleveland knows how to properly handle large redevelopments or neighborhood transformations such as this. https://www.cleveland.com/realestate-news/2021/04/critics-say-plans-forged-in-secret-for-asphalt-concrete-plants-in-cleveland-violate-vision-for-opportunity-corridor.html

Cleveland: Public Square Redesign
Those barriers and the lack of a fix for the past 4 years is a true representation of how inept Cleveland leadership is despite all of the progress we've made.

Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
I feel as though it would do better in Intro based off location and visibility but at this point Church & State desperately needs to land them.

So Church and State lost AT&T to INTRO, interesting. I wonder what happened.

Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News
These hot neighborhoods that are seeing development are fill up quickly which is why we see other development follow. No developer is going to invest in a neighborhood they don't see growth or potential in. So yes I'm sure.

Yeah I remember this I just forgot due to so much else going on in Cleveland.

I love this building. What is so sad is it seems that the more popular Cleveland gets the more NIMBY's are starting to come out. We are starting to finally get quality design for infill lots in our neighborhoods and our city is allowing NIMBY's to dictate their future. If they don't like it then move, other people will replace you.

Cleveland: University Circle (General): Development and News
They literally could've just chopped one floor off of the original design and it would have been better....

It's Cleveland. Very high.

Cleveland: West Park / Kamms Corners: Development and News
It looks awful. Literally the West Side version of Oakwood Commons. What is worse is this sits in the city.

Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
Does it fit overall with the skyline? Absolutely. I would love to have seen it built on Jacobs lot where the best of the best buildings are supposed to go. I also would worry if they could even fill such a large space though. That's why I also feel the shorter version is better. It also adds more density imo. Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk

To me it wasn't even about the look per say it was you are putting a 54 story tower next to a 3-4 story building. The 2nd iteration matched the tones better and was a more appropriate height for the area.

I actually prefer this version over the 54 story version.

Although not the best design I would have been much more happier with this design where his Ashbury iteration stands. This design is pretty basic but I don't think it will age poorly. Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk
