  1. AMAZING prices. I can see these selling pretty quickly, maybe not INTRO levels but pretty close.
  2. In 17 Years you named 9 developments, and 4 of those 9 got built around the same time (Cle Foundation and Midtown Collab) (Link 59 UH). So for a stretch from 30th and Euclid to 89th there were 9 newly built developments. I'm not trying to be a negative person but it seems like, especially with those numbers, that it is much more of a struggle to get projects off of the ground vs. other sections of Euclid and I'm confused as to why. Even residential projects are slow to build and those pop up all over the place AROUND Midtown. Like be honest with ourselves Euclid is our main street and this LONG stretch feels so barren and empty with developments that, whenever they are finally built, aren't welcoming or encourage pedestrians to traverse it. What's worse is the edges of Euclid accomplish just that, they are lively and walkable. I simply want to know WHY this section lags dramatically behind the rest of Euclid.
  3. The Midway project will turn this stretch into the best and most walkable live work play area in the city.
  4. Definitely. The worse thing about American politics is once someone become a major donor to a politician, you owe them whenever they need you.
  5. Can anyone hypothesize why Euclid Avenue is BOOMING in Downtown and University Circle but the stretch in between has seen no real new developments consistently since 2008?
  6. That is a valid point. My initial hesitancy was because I looked up the building name and it showed the Building that houses Chase Bank and GLBC.
  7. I was right lol https://www.cleveland.com/news/2025/03/ohio-lawmakers-to-drop-dewines-sin-tax-hikes-from-budget-plan-add-600m-in-browns-stadium-bonds.html
  8. I love that we are putting ourselves out there as you miss 100% of the shots you don't take. That being said we are going against some heavy hitters in the NASA field.
  9. The way you post on here it seems like you are NEVER in a good mood. My god, relax.
  10. I think that we really could learn from this development when it comes to parking. Building a parking garage and then surrounding it with apartments is something that I wouldn't mind seeing replicated throughout the city.
  11. Are we not counting Steelyard?
  12. That is also a good option. 200 PS would be a good option as well, especially since this isn't a federal agency and 200 PS is centrally located along with getting upgrades.
  13. If people want to go to the park they will drive vs. ride this because it's too slow to justify riding this instead. That's it that's all. When it comes to transportation in this country people will always choose the more convenient option. I also don't feel that there are enough people without a car that will use this to justify the investment.
  14. Isn't NASA Glenn located in Cleveland proper? It sits RIGHT next to Hopkins.
  15. So my question is this. Along the route that this would hypothetically take from Cleveland to Akron, is there enough scenic parkland for it to be worth riding a train that travels 25 MPH? With how long that would take it would have to constantly have breathtaking, unique views to get people to ditch their car. This is especially true when you factor in Akron being 32 minutes from Downtown Cleveland, if you ride this train at the current speed you're riding on it for at least an hour. Even from Akron to Cleveland how many people will travel from Akron, drive to the CVSR and then ride it to Cleveland instead of just driving straight here? It HAS to offer uniqueness for the entirety of the trip especially when travel times will at the very least double. This is similar to the disadvantage Amtrak has vs. flying, while I would love to take Amtrak (especially with this whole FAA thing) it is much slower than flying and slower than driving so people with take those other two modes instead. So unless there is an undeniable advantage I don't see this lessening car travel to the parks and vice versa. Sorry to be a glass half empty guy.
  16. I personally love the vibe a Starbucks can give, specifically the one's that have no drive thru. They are so vibrant inside, especially the one in University Circle by Uptown, I'm on record stating that is my favorite one due to the activity in and around that Starbucks.
  17. This is my thought process to (proper) national chains being in neighborhoods like Ohio City. I feel that there are only so many local restaurants and bars that you can fill your neighborhood with before you reach your max. What happens when a local business closes (which we have seen a lot of lately)? Either it will sit there for a long time before someone local can afford to move in or it will just not be filled. Having a mix allows for those peaks and valley's to be managed properly. That is why I wish we had more human scale buildings like we do in the (what I call) historic section of West 25th because with different owners and different buildings you have a street that is vibrant with different vibes.
  18. If they (NASA) would consider moving, Team NEO needs to throw everything INCLUDING the Kitchen sink at them. This would make up for us fumbling an opportunity with Intel. Hell tbh I would pitch two sites, NASA Glenn and if they don't like that one (for whatever reason) then Circle Square, his would be a good anchor tenant for their office building, could be built to suit their current needs, is located by CWRU etc. and has plenty of amenities that could be offered to post WFH office workers.
  19. I personally don't see the allure of CVSR. Now I love the idea of having trains connect different cities and regions but CVSR is SLOW as it is intended to be a sight seeing train. I wouldn't ride it if it stays as slow as it currently goes. Maybe it speeds up in different sections but from video I've seen it crawls and with the older cars they have they may not be capable of speeding up.
  20. "Phase 2 Completion 2034+" lol that phase is not happening.
  21. This is a lot of effort, he clearly REALLY hates the current stadium situation and the city proposal. Also to me "support" is simply "How much money will it take for you to back me?" so he'll probably get support.
  22. I'd rather have this somewhere in the Gateway District.
  23. A bomb for a Starbucks? There has to be more to this.
