Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
From what I've read they range drastically from 8,100 SQ. Ft in Seattle all the way to the largest, 35K SQ. Ft Chicago location.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
I really like the horizontal stripes I wish those were the only stripes on the building (if there had to be some) it looks more cohesive with the design.

We're getting the Plum Market Kitchen which seems less full service than the Original Plum Market. Hopefully it isn't dramatically different.

Idk why this wasn't the design for Ashbury. This would have fit in much better with those brick apartments that surrounds it. Plus A FRONT ENTRANCE. WOOOOOOW Let me clarify. This isn't an architectural marvel by any means but it definitely looks better than the Ashbury Avenue variant.

Mayfield Station seems like it has been under construction FOREVER!!! Lol

Cleveland: Ohio City: Church+State (West 29th & Detroit Ave)
Ah that kind of stinks but the name is still a big name company so that’s progress.

An AT&T?! That’s major for two reasons. They are in the middle of closing 250 stores AND that is a major shopping tenant to acquire. That could potentially create a domino effect.

Cleveland: Nautica Development
If it has its own parking garage how will it create increased traffic? How would new investment in a growing area devalue your property? Why live in a city if you are against traffic congestion? This is so idiotic.

Cleveland: Downtown: May Company Building
I always check to see if Bedrock, who seemingly have great connections have announced any stores lol.

Cleveland: Nautica Development
I like it , it's solid, nothing too flashy which means it will age well. Part of me wants the lighter colored material to be a traditional red brick to blend with the surrounding buildings.

Cleveland: St. Clair-Superior (non-Asiatown): Development and News
I feel the city, alongside developers, should work on converting the older building stock on the main streets, especially St.Clair from 55th to about 79th due to the bones still being there, into "workforce housing". It would be for people who are not as well off to be able to stay in the neighborhood or move to the neighborhood, while reinvigorating that stretch of St.Clair. Obviously Market Rate conversion could be a thing still but I feel that this would be a less expensive way to fix the quality housing issue on the East Side. This would also allow the city to maintain that current population that are there instead of them leaving for the suburbs.

Can you at least do it for the people not subscribed to Crains Cleveland? lol

I'm happy this is getting rehabbed because if i remember correctly they were contemplating demolished this building. I love it's presence.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I just hope the Public Square portion has some ground floor use that the public can take advantage of whether it's retail, a restaurant or something creative. Public Square buildings are so closed off to the public and this is the last piece of the puzzle to get it right.

Such as?

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
This block of Townhomes in general, at least design wise, are a disaster. A dead zone in an area that could desperately use some sort of life.

I got excited for a second when I opened it ?

Cleveland: University Circle: Uptown (UARD)
https://www.cleveland.com/entertainment/2020/04/constantinos-market-closes-in-university-circle.html I figured something was going on when I saw the shelves empty. I didn't see any Signage prior that indicated they were closing. That's unfortunate.

I thought DCA celebrated reaching the 20K residential mark and was working on 30K by 2030. Either way, good to see something go in.

This is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING 10/10 in design.

Well hopefully now that the damage is done the owner doesn't cheap out of the renovation to maintain as much money as possible.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I'm never sad about Ameritrust Tower. It wasn't built but was purchased by what is now Key Bank which relocated their corporate headquarters to CLeveland AND built Key Tower on the lot next to the Ameritrust tower lot. It virtually was an even swap and honestly the Key Tower design is far better than the Ameritrust one. You wouldn't have gotten both built downtown it was always going to be one. But it isn't like Sherwin Williams is cash strapped or anything but they are a conservative company that is playing it safe. They are definitely going to build the tower, they have to technically due to space constraints at their current home. They also made the investment to OWN the lot unlike the Progressive situation (unless there is something on that I haven't read). We'll be okay.
