  5. Snapped this at MLK and Woodland when I hit a red light on my way downtown. Looking forward to seeing more and more of the gap between the Terminal Tower and 200 PS disappear!
  6. Is that a roof on the stadium?!? Or a highly misleading 3d box?
  7. Hahaha, that's fair. And I suppose with the jails around it gone, any retrofitting could spruce up the building's perimeter, plazas, etc. Definitely curious what can be done to it and how extensive of a renovation (both interior and exterior) it could turn out to be!
  8. Is the Justice Center able to be repurposed? Or is it truly beyond repair/renovation if/when a new high rise is built? Personally, I think it's an eyesore that I wouldn't mind coming down, but I'm just curious how bad of shape it's in.
  9. Unfortunately, this is the last level I'll see from 668 before I move, but it is finally (from my vantage point) above The May!
  10. Like The 9 (and hopefully the Centennial soon enough), so exciting to see a previously pitch black property all lit up!
  11. Isn't that the image for a "bad" bomb?
  12. Does the expanded square footage mean that the tower is going to have larger floorplans and/or be taller than 616'? Or would that require additional review and approval?
  13. Based purely on what their employee manning their Taste of Tremont stand said when I asked, the reopening has been pushed back to Spring of 2023 😔 Hopefully it's sooner and that was an overestimate.
  14. I didn't see a video, but did see this article: https://www.cleveland.com/news/2022/06/new-pedestrian-ramps-at-firstenergy-stadium-among-10-million-in-slated-taxpayer-funded-repairs.html
  15. Snapped this from my apartment. I couldn't tell if the windows are temporarily removed or if the reflective glass is being replaced, but there definitely appears to be a decent amount of renovation going on in there!
  16. I don't know if it's just me, but every time I see these visualizations, which are amazing, I think to myself how nice they'd be (or finger's crossed will be) without the Justice Center sticking out like a sore thumb. Here's hoping!
  17. Don't know if this is a precursor to anything imminent, but as I was passing the surface lot, they were taking down the parking signage.
  18. The more I've looked at various Pickard Chilton buildings within its portfolio, and the more likely it sounds like the building will in fact be a glass box, I'm curious if anymore thought is going into a potential "crown" or rooftop element on top of the building. The main tower of 1180 Peachtree in Atlanta, GA is more or less a box, but has a somewhat unique rooftop element that brings a lot more character to it. Something like that would allow for the floorplans to remain the desired box layout, while also having a building that doesn't just like a 21st Century version of 55 Public Square. The added height wouldn't hurt either.
  19. First time posting, and I apologize if this has already been shared, but this seems.....um....different.... than the original plan: http://www.starkenterprises.com/portfolio/nucleus/
