Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Shit, hope he’s ok...the article made it sound like he was recovering comfortably. Eventually he’ll probably hand the franchise down to Nick (son). Also can we just skip the Finals and get straight to the draft? Summer League? Our frontrunners at #5 are Jarrett Culver, De’Andre Hunter, and Cam Reddish. With Zion, Ja, and RJ out of the way, the Lakers are presumed to be taking either Hunter or Darius Garland. Even with the disappointment of falling to 5 and LeBron’s Lakers drafting ahead of us (barring a trade), we have solid choices. Do we go with high risk but high upside in Reddish or a more “bust-proof” player like Jarrett Culver, who may be the most versatile player in this draft. Also Culver and Hunter likely would instantly improve our terrible defense.

I don’t know, Dive Coasters are cool and a giga-diver would be something, but I want the KI giga to have more elements like ejector airtime hills, intense/banked turns. More like Fury at Carowinds? But at this point I guess the design is already going ahead!- Cleveland: Flats East Bank
I can’t help but feel slightly envious of Nashville and the other cities getting 20+ story Kenects that dwarf ours, but it’s no use to think that way.- Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus

Belongs better in a plains/heartland city (Indianapolis’s Banker’s Life Fieldhouse) than The Forest City. I know the term doesn’t technically have any relation to actual fields, but that doesn’t change my opinion.- Cleveland: Rocket Arena (Gund Arena)

The state of our river was an inspiration for the creation of the EPA in 1970; it's oddly satisfying that 50 years after the last fire, some of that overhanging stigma tied to the river/region/city is being lifted.- Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
Yeah, I personally would prefer the laneway concept if it was somehow a direct extension of E 4th, but since that's unlikely, how cool it would be to get from Superior all the way down to Huron through three consecutive blocks of arcades!- Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
I'd rather have a full-on laneway like the Melbourne ones they hinted at, or a real state-of-the-art modern arcade than this awkward, enclosed, overshadowed sort of laneway we're at now.- Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus

I would prefer tall-but-slender structures of 12-15 stories, or even in the mid rise range, over a massive 100 ft tall wall here, especially with it being across from the cemetery. Looking up E14th, it just has a better look imo.- Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
Based on initial feedback, this is the best version of nuCLEus we've seen yet. After the accidentally-leaked renderings in January, I recall a spokesperson responding that they had gone through something like "several hundred" potential designs. I'd love to see some of those!- Cleveland: Downtown: nuCLEus
