Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
I can't wait for the facade to be completed! I also wish 668 Euclid Ave could remedy it's side view that shows the bracing holding up the decorative cornice. It just throws me off.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I sure wish those RTA bus shelters could get a redesign before The Shack opens. They are showing their age

Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
I watched the meeting's feed and the presenters were definitely not budging on the design. The Commission was really trying very angle to say no and start over on the donor/plaque wall. This feature definitely needs refinement but I don't think the developer's saw any problem with it. It's not eve an elegant curve . The backside of it should incorporate an bench seating to it. I also wish we could have a great sculpture of former Mayor Voinovich at the park named after him before this sculpture took priority placement

Cleveland: University Circle (General): Development and News
What I prefer about The Wade Oval Rink over Public Square's is that they put a better effort into the theming of the skate rental and zamboni storage facilities. These look like nice pitched roof chalets rather than ugly shipping containers. Parking is easier and I love that it operates into March. Love that they dye the ice pink for Valentine's Day! Cleveland is lucky to have University Circle amenities https://northeastohiofamilyfun.com/outdoor-ice-skating-at-the-rink-at-wade-oval/

Cleveland: Public Square Redesign
Saddened to hear that the jersey barriers will remain for almost a year after their removal was approved. At this point this plan should be held until they could incorporate The Superior Midway bike lanes through Public Square. Lets get this plan done correctly https://signalcleveland.org/mayor-justin-bibb-on-taking-down-public-square-jersey-barriers-it-will-get-done/ Mayor Justin Bibb on taking down Public Square jersey barriers: ‘It will get done’ In an interview with Signal Cleveland, Bibb also took stock of police morale and major legislative efforts before City Council. by Nick CasteleDecember 7, 2023 The jersey barriers may continue eclipsing the view at Public Square through the April 2024 total solar eclipse. A City Hall spokesperson said construction likely will not start until after the astronomical event, which is expected to draw big crowds to Cleveland.

With vinyl making a resurgence, do we think Record Rendezvous could as well? RRHF should back it

Thanks @KJP Sometimes it helps to look back to see how forward we have moved! Let's keep the momentum going

Cleveland: Streetscape Improvements
This is great news! In the meantime, I wish the "bridge" pattern crosswalks at Euclid and East 9th could be repaired back with the pavers placed correctly and all streetlights turned the same direction.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
This is the first angle I have scene where the building's massive footprint shows itself compared to Terminal Tower's sleek proportions.

Cleveland: Downtown: Progressive Field
From LanceAerial's instagram. I agree with @freethink I guess the seating will not be replaced all at once this season and the other green seats will be replaced the following year. It will be odd to see this not fully completed until 2025

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
I feel bad for all that have plans to move here. That is a significant delay and hope that wherever your current lease is you can extend where your at

Cleveland: Streetscape Improvements
I would love to see the planters and plantings Bedrock did around Tower City continue all the way down Euclid Ave. Rumor has it Euclid Avenue is supposed to get a streetscape update.

Cleveland: Downtown: Cleveland-Cliffs HQ
@BoomerangCleRes I used your great photo to show if Cleveland Cliffs' Headquarters became 200 Public Square with additional floors added

Cleveland: Streetscape Improvements
While it is nice to see Euclid Avenue with some holiday lights I am not sure what these are supposed to represent. I miss a good traditional theme that has some character and draw for the young at heart. Does anyone know what the inspiration is? Side note to The City, many of the center island street lamps are turned parallel to the street rather than their uniform perpendicular placement.

Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
Are they further behind with their completion date? @CleveFan The blue color you are seeing is just a protective plastic coating that is protecting the panels as they are installed

Whom/where does the money go from the parking fees? This money should go towards implementing the Lakefront Plan

Cleveland: Public Square Redesign
I wish The Superior Midway Bike Lanes would be continued through Public Square rathe than the bollard plan
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I am very curious to see how the northern and southern views will appear like from a distance. The reason is the "crown" looks like the structure will be unfinished and visible
-
Cleveland: Ohio City: Bridgeworks Development
I watched the presentation to the Ohio City Community Monthly Meeting on Nov 14. I was disappointed to find nothing was changed with the design.
-
Cleveland: St. Clair-Superior (non-Asiatown): Development and News
I can't tell why the Superior Bikeway doesn't continue through Public Square. Clearly this could have been incorporated with only buses and the midway bike lanes added. Someone should stop the bollard design
-
Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
The only issue is the steel truss forms used in construction only allows solid material to hide the structure.
