  1. Thanks for the update. The tower is obviously the major piece here. The one negative with the tower(lake) view is that the water treatment plant is front and center ; even from the top floor. I doubt much of the other buildings will survive...
  2. Anyone know what is happening with the Westinghouse buildings ? Wasn't there a developer that lined up a few years ago then it fell apart ? I worked there at Paramount Stamping before they closed and got to know the complex(what's left). Drove there a few months ago and saw quite a bit of roof material on the ground that has been flying of the roofs. Surprised nothing is happening there yet with all the development around it. It will be interesting to see what happens there ; eventually...
  3. W. 58th / Westinghouse complex... The remainder of the old Westinghouse complex has been for sale for the last few months . (Cresco real estate ; cannot post the link). The owner of the property (Peter Kole) is alive and well and still runs Paramount Stamping there. ( No for sale signs on the property). The parcels already sold became the Edison and are currently becoming Breakwater bluffs. Cresco real estate sold the water tower building separately from the Edison ; not sure what is happening there. The Westinghouse tower is obviously the crown jewel for sale now here ; it is solid but in substantial need of work. PK and several other building owners in the area are holding out and trying to get their price...
