Man, I love this project.. but the picture of the orange and brown facade feels like a Crocker park hotel to me. I don’t know, maybe I’ll come around on that when I see it in person.

I can’t see GLBC taking a flyer on Opportunity Corridor. Ideally there’ll be mixed use offices and national chains that set up there, but I just don’t see how Great Lakes fits there.

Has anyone heard of interested developers for the surface lot on the southeast corner of Carnegie and East 9th? Given it’s proximity to Progressive Field I would think it would have to be coveted for vertical development with a sports bar component in the lower levels.

Sure that’s true of any region. You make the statement as if Cleveland would disappear from the map if it weren’t for Pittsburgh.
