  1. Found it. FirstGroup. The logo on their website is the same so not a refresh in branding. Maybe they just aren't the primary tenant anymore since they sold two Cincinnati based divisions last year to a Swedish company.
  2. Here's a link to an article about how the owners are refreshing the brand of the building as they renovate it. Still looking to see what company that logo belongs to. https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2022/05/23/hertz-selects-jll-center-at-600-vine.html
  3. Yeah I wasn't implying that they should have made more big box retail. I'm saying they could have made retail/commercial spaces for smaller stores, cafes, and restaurants. The whole Oakley Station is a disappointment. They could have made the place a true "work, play, live" kind of neighborhood but instead it's more of a "a few people work here, not much playing going on, and even fewer people living here" kind of neighborhood.
  4. Here are the renderings. And sorry about the quality of the pics above. I reduced the size to use up less storage so the quality isn't as good. Plus they're phone pics
  5. Update pics of Graphite Oakley. In my opinion this is a big miss. If they had put retail in this they could have created a really nice entertainment area with very little car traffic due to the dead end street.
  6. I tried to line up the view from Google maps as close as I could to the renderings. From what I can see, there isn't going to be a lot of surface parking. It appears that a large portion of the first floor of the building will be the parking. From the frontal view, the store front on the left will likely be the 1,600 sq ft one as it will be shallower. The 2,200 sq ft store front would be the one on the right as there appears to be retail space down the length of the building. I've tried finding more official renderings but with no luck.
  7. Take a look inside Ovation as construction progresses toward late 2022 opening By Kenton Hornbeck May 23, 2022 Construction on the five-story office building at Ovation began last October, and Corporex plans to deliver the finishing touches at the end of 2022, said Tom Banta, chief real estate officer of Corporex during a recent tour of the construction site. “We just signed a lease with MegaCorp Logistics for the top two floors in the building,” Banta said. The addition of MegaCorp Logistics, a trucking logistics company, on May 11 to the Newport development lands a key anchor tenant for the 100,000 square foot office building. Last week, LINK nky was given the opportunity to tour the construction site. More
  8. Portsmouth has some really nice older buildings. It's nice to see the city working to keep them and use them.
  9. Commissioners approve funding for renovations to former Odd Fellows building PORTSMOUTH — The Scioto County Commissioners approved funding to move forward with engineering to renovate the first floor of the former Odd Fellows building to house services provided by the OSU Extension Services. During a Scioto County Commissioners’ regular meeting Thursday, the commissioners approved $14,400 to go toward renovations to the 502 Court Street location. The building, which the county has owned for several years, is expected to offer meeting space for groups, including 4-H programs, a kitchen to provide for safe food programming and house some OSU staff offices at the facility.
  10. This is the 2000 Dunlap project. I think he was saying that he didn't agree with you. I could be wrong though.
  11. Some updated pics of the Uptown Rental project.
  12. Work on the Bengals practice facility has started. I saw them excavating on my commute this morning.
  13. I would've sworn there already was a Clermont County thread but I couldn't find it. If I missed it and this is a duplicate then please merge them. This is The Union in the Eastgate area. https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2021/02/23/miller-valentine-group-plans-36m-apartment.html
  14. I must have completely missed when this was announced. I don't remember seeing anything about it. Tapestry Turfway Park https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2021/07/21/tapestry-turfway-park-starts-construction.html

  17. Not a major development but, I'm really excited to see this house get restored. I can't remember where I saw it posted (it was one of the social media's) but I think the process to do a full restoration is underway on this.
  18. The Three Oaks development isn't showing much progress yet. It looks more like a quarry than anything else at this point.
  19. Was walking past this a few weeks ago on the trail and over heard a couple people talking about. The funniest part was when the woman said "yeah, it's a bit of a monstrosity." I got a bit of a chuckle out of it.

  21. Snapped these real quick while I was out and about this evening.
  22. Has anybody heard when construction is going to start on 1A of the Deacon? I think they're calling it the hub. Was driving around campus yesterday looking at all the construction and was disappointed to see that this lot is sitting idle. On a side note, it's nice to see two tower cranes right on campus.
  23. Evans Landscaping does a significant amount of demolition. I'm sure there are others but that's the only one coming to mind right now.
  24. Delta currently has theirs returning in March of 2022 at 2x daily. I'm curious if it'll get bumped up
