Was driving around the city before I had to go to work and looking for projects. Found this one at the corner of Montgomery and Waverly. It use to be a few older 2 story industrial buildings if I'm not mistaken. It was a nice little surprise to find.

Construction continues on the Medpace campus expansion. Wasn't the greatest weather today so I got these shots on my phone instead of my camera.

Avondale Town Center update. I personally think this is a development that the area needs but if the residents of the area do not start to take care of the things that are already there then this development won't change anything.
