I don't understand why they are not looking at the area further down Harrision on the opposite side of the street. Currently there is a Kmart and maybe a Cheep Bed's & Furnature in the shopping plaza. I think the rest of it is empty. The lot is already graded, there is a light at the entrance and all the utilities are there. I'm sure the developer would actually save money buying out the current owner, razing the plaza and building whats on the plans than trying to fill in the ravine and build all the needed infrastructure.
