Cleveland: Ohio City: Bridgeworks Development
Alas, they seem to be converting the bridge bike lanes back into car lanes. Kidding aside I'll take as much brick as we can get tbh

Cleveland: Union Terminal (Tower City)
I was clicking around on Google maps poking around the spots that would be impacted by this, but I'm not very familiar with the ins and outs of the various rail systems outside of the RTA. How would Amtrak be handled at the Fulton Rd. bridge over the tracks near Bailey/Train Aves? Seems like they narrow to just the RTA tracks, so I assume there'd have to be a cutover (and maybe reconfiguring of the RTA tracks) of some sort - red or blue below, or something else?

Cleveland: Cleveland State University: Development and News
The wording in this article (particularly the section "CSU 2.0 to fade away") makes it seem like the master plan might not be coming to fruition? I'm not sure whether it's distinct from the "CSU 2.0" concept. Either way the stuff the president is saying does not make me hopeful. Definitely gives me vibes like the city's previous "managed decline" mindset that it feels like we're only just recently escaping. https://signalcleveland.org/we-are-at-a-point-of-reckoning-inside-cleveland-state-latest-meeting-about-its-financial-future/ Edit: Maybe someone else more informed on the situation can provide reason for optimism?

Looks like they were asking for 250k when they put it up six months ago. Wonder how far the price will drop.

Cleveland: Population Trends
TBH I'm not sure how much I even trust the annual population estimates anymore. They had the Cleveland MSA losing population year over year for a decade and then when the 2020 census came around it turned out we had actually gained a little population since 2010, and given how the 2020 census was handled I wouldn't be shocked if it was an undercount. Feels like the annual estimates, at least for the Cleveland MSA, are just based on a vibe someone in some government office has.

Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway: Westinghouse Redevelopment
Oh, just remembered to mention this. I saw a geotechnical drilling truck on the site yesterday with the drill tower(?) set up. Not sure what that signifies at this stage considering how long the site has been sitting idle.

Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I don't suppose there's a way they could sacrifice a few parking spaces and drill new supports for something atop the garage through the existing parking deck, is there? I'm not familiar with the precise design or physics of parking garages and whether that would compromise the entire structure.

Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
Frankly I'm just pleased to get more brick siding instead of the boxy grey/white/beige paneling that seemed to be popular for the last decade. And it's nice to see all the lots that were there when I lived nearby a few years ago filled in. But maybe some of the enterprising developers on this forum will start doing more embellishments if we ask enough

I don't disagree, but in fairness, all of them except for 1 and 4 are already there. 5 even appears to be a consolidation of existing ones and might be less spaces than currently exist in that spot. https://www.google.com/maps/@41.5369576,-81.6441774,1208m/data=!3m1!1e3?entry=ttu

Cleveland: St. Clair-Superior (non-Asiatown): Development and News
Yeah, provided they pick the chunks of it with just grass and no trees I'd be down with that compromise. Just don't want to see something good get watered down to something mediocre. I get the business owner concerns though.
