i would say that cinci and st. louis have similarities, but are hard for me to compare, really...but st. louis really is a great city that has fallen pretty hard, and is trying hard to get back up. st. louis is the rival of just about every city in a 500 mile radius... many st. louisans are stuck in a time warp, i wouldnt sweat it.
