Should i take anything from the NCWDC zone covers East 13- East 18th? I think that would be great for the Stadium.

Bulkley is a playhouse square project and that was not what he was referring to. He was very specific.

So i was talking with someone with playhouse and i asked about Lumen 2... apparently its in the works.. not sure how much i wanna say.. dopnt wanna get the guys in trouble. lol

The current Browns stadium needs extensive rebuilding.. basically done to the studs. Plus its near impossible to get into in a timely fashion

Any chance with Progressive changing up their corporate headquarters they think about coming back downtown? That'd be lovely if they brought in a tower with the Lakefront development.

Between something like this and reactivating the old subway channels under the bridge it could really help connect the East and west banks for pedestrians.

I was down there last night for the game, This building is going to be fantastic and will make quite a difference in the area!

Question for you guys.. I have been doing alot of traveling over the last two years and in my adventures i have been to many similar sized cities. I have noticed that most of these cities have wonderful eclectic Pizza by the slice places where you can grab a quick slice. Not your traditional pep or cheese ones either. I am talking things like mac n chz pizza, pierogi pizza, buffalo chicken, and pickle pizza. I know Cleveland has fantastic pizza establishments but it seriously is lacking something like this. Do you fine people think something like this would be successful in Downtown Cleveland as a quick lunch spot and a late night after bar stop?

I went down there the area today to inquire about another property and we talked to the guys that were demoing the building. Apparently they are putting in a dispensary. The other buildings do have structural issues and may have to come down. It looks like the record rendezvous is staying put

SO i walked around Cleveland today and figured i would stroll in and take a long at the garden.... I would of been ok with it if it was real.. but its all plastic and they pump in bird and nature sounds.. I found the whole thing tacky and stupid

I would love this so much, make it more of a destination then a neighborhood per say.. A real Aquarium would do wonders as well there. A superman statue or maybe a museum of a historic Cleveland figure.. So many things we can do to persuade more people to visit the city.

After seeing the site plan and what we are hearing about SW HQ on jacobs lot.. I would prefered tthe above as their headquarters... I know im being greedy
