to me it looks like those horizontal stripes near the top of the building is just the sun hitting the floor plates just right... the building is completely glass after all...

I think that would be a good spot for the stadium if it had to move form the lakefront. Having all three facilities near each other would help centralize events and help the local businesses with planing and staffing needs.

That first one is sharp, i really like that one! I think this is a great idea.. bring more people to that beautiful area.

Id be fine with that, like a giant bar/gathering area with limited food options and lots of things to do.

One of my life goals is to watch the iNDIANS play in every ballpark. 2 years ago i went on a 10 day road trip with them, starting in St. Louis. This was one of my favorite things i visited. So vibrant and fun. Something like this would be a huge to the gateway area, but i do think it would take away from the east 4th area...
