I dont remember or did i see a Lakewood hospital redevelopment thread, but they are taking the windows out of the building now.. All the north facing top windows are gone and they started on the next floor. Super excited for what Detroit will look like in a couple years!

I am really starting to not like this guy, he seems like a real jerk. I understand business is business but this just seems dirty!

So i have been looking around and i cant find any information about the empty building directly East from Ohio City Galley. Its been Vacant for a while now and the leasing information has been removed. Is this land part of the Irish Bend Project? or is there a possibility to add for Density with another building here? I've attached a picture for clarity.

I went to Ohio City Galley and walked the neighborhood a couple nights ago, There is a nice Vibe over there and this project will fill huge gap! I am so excited to watch this project grow... So Who is installing the webcam?

i just really hope they do something, Turning the landmark into apartments i think would be an awesome addition in that area as well..

I think this would be great, especially for the city of Lakewood. I live on Lake and would absolutely utilize something like this. Now if only we could find someone with the means to pay for it and eventually sell it to the city.

Its been awesome to watch this get built! Great addition to this area. I live right down the street and am looking forward to walking to Lucky's for my vegetables when im lazy and dont go to the westside market. Once the Townhomes start going up ill get pictures as well!
