Hey Guys and Gals, (Sorry if there was a better place in the forum to post this - I'm new around here!) Curious what the State / Municipal statutes are in Ohio / Cleveland for how early a (very load) construction project can start in a residential area. I live in Gordan Square and the smallish building next to me (maybe 6-8 apartment units above a retail space) is getting rehabbed, and they like to start very, very early in the morning. Thanks!
