I remember hearing that the Cozad-Bates House was used as a stop for the underground railroad, so maybe an underground railroad museum?

It is fun to spend other people's money, no doubt about that. No but seriously, this is a big improvement over the existing building in terms of eyes on the street (and honestly aesthetics as well) and a good first step in Case's Campus Master Plan to redevelop the parking lots/buildings north and west of it with dorms.
