well there will be another hotel, about 22 stories built in that little gap.

I think it will be built. there was a 22 story tower that was supposed to be built in that same spot about 8 years ago. But something went wrong, i doubt that will happend twice. Louisville will definatly not let a tower this size slip through their fingers.
